Nothing
Definitely not a 3 star hotel, maybe 1.5! Located in an area full of garbage, with full dumpsters located right in front of the hotel. Extremely bad smell from the sewage in the bathroom, a smell that makes you unable to sleep.
Ants and a lot of dust in the room!
For breakfast boiled eggs that are not boiled!
We had reserved 3 rooms, we was planning a longer stay, but 2 nights was too much.
They don't even have a window, except for a small one built into the door, kind of student dormitory like in 1999.
We ran home to Romania, where we are not swallowed by garbage.

The personnel was very helpful, the bed and bathroom were good and the breakfast was acceptable.
I didn't like that the only window of the room was towards the outside corridor so, the curtains had to be always closed to have privacy and thus we couldn't enjoy the sunshine during the day.
All the facilities were OK, but not for the price of 200Euro. This hotel should be rated about 60-80Euro. (My rating is based on the 200E basis. If the hotel price was 80E, my rating would be 9/10)

The staff, the close proximity to metro station. Close to the grocery store & a nice pizza resturant Pizzeria Ponte Mammolo.

The room had a strong smell. The only window was part of the door. For a 3-star hotel, they should provide tea and coffee in the room. They did not replenish the soap and the shampoos.
Before our arrival , we received several messages from the property via Booking that the card is not valid, and if we don't change it, we will lose the reservation. We have changed it 3 times, and the most important thing we have called the property and we didn't receive any help or information just that to do what we received in the message or we loose the reservation. This was a bit stressful until we arrived and we got the room.

The garden was wonderful, the room sufficient large for all three of us, the alternatives for breakfast attractive for the price of 7 euro - the cappuccino amazing, blessed their hearts :). The personnel was extraordinary in changing our room (due to a technical problem in the bathroom) and offering support in airport transfer choices. Two supermarkets close to the hotel - useful for snacks. Close to subway - about 16 min of travel to Termini station .
The entry room door was not closing completely and being close to the entry in the yard we could hear all the guests coming in or going out of the location - unfortunately the hotel was full and no other triple was available.
Be aware of the city tax - collected by the hotel at checkout - an unpleasant surprise created by the local authorities, not by the hotel - probably I missed on booking.com or at the reception where this tax was mentioned . Nevertheless, 4 eur/person/night for a 3-stars hotel is not something that leaves a pleasant memory in the last night in Rome. :(

Nice garden, friendly staff. There was some problem and there was not hot water. It happens, but there should be a price reduction in these cases.

It good fot a night stay...Nothing else and no other facilities .
The bathrooms are really small, particularly when its a triple room, would expect better room size and bathroom size.Very congested room size...
There was no option to make coffee or water was supplied..Had not provided even a glass to drink water and wasnt allowing to give one ..

The location is a very short walk away from a bus transit stop, the metro, and a supermarket. The decor is also cute if you like "boho chic".
The room and bathroom are a little tight, especially if you're traveling with a large/check in sized suitcase. After taking a shower, I realized that I was rubbing several strands of someone else's long black hair on myself before I took a closer look at the towel and found more hair wrapped in it. The toilet seat was really crooked, so I tried to push it back onto the toilet, but it completely came off. When I came back after housekeeping had passed through, I thought it was fixed. But, when I sat on it, it slipped half off the toilet again. Breakfast was supposed to be served starting at 7am, but when I arrived at 7:30am at one of the two entrances the door was locked. And the person setting the tables just looked at me and didn't bother to come open the door. So I walked around the front and the staff were at the main entrance having a smoke, which gave me the impression they weren't working yet. So I left and went to have breakfast somewhere else. Check in was a little long and chaotic since the guy was juggling several different tasks, speaking to other guests and colleagues, and having trouble finding my reservation (even though he could have looked at my ID for my name spelling). I came by later to get a bottle of water from the bar and the person on duty actually had to finish my check in because he realized that my information was missing. I woke up at 5am the morning I was checking out, and for some reason the bathroom started to fill with cigarette smoke (I'm assuming through the air vent/fan somehow). The check out was also unnecessarily too long, and a waste of time because it turned out that I only needed to leave my key card. But, I waited at the counter for several minutes just to be told that after watching the front desk person chat up other guests at the bar (who were also getting annoyed by how long it was taking to serve them).

The smell coming out of the bathroom, the exhaust system is not working very well. Each bed also needs extra blanket… It was really cold at night.
