Hotell is conveniently located if you have business/meetings in Wola, when I have business in city centre I stay at Marriot.
Staff was extremely professional, kind and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent. They make excellent omelettes according to your specifications.
Business center was nice, but we ended up sitting and working in the hotell cafee/bar lounge which was perfect for this.
The premium fitness center is rather big, and modern, and definitively worth a visit.
All in all a perfect stay for the business traveller, who has meetings in Wola.
When I have business spread across the city I prefer Marriot, because of its location.
Had a bit of a hassle having to installl internet/wifi several times during my 3 day stay.

Були диряві рушники, і воду не можна було зробити холодною, вона там щось 35 градусів мінімальна, то дуже гаряче для мене. Не сподобалось, що обмеження на перебування дитини в СПА в будні дні.

Das grosse Zimmer mit Ausblick in der 25.Etage, sehr geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr freundlichen Service. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Anbindung mit Bahn und Bus.
Leider konnte man die Duschtür nicht richtig schliessen, da die Dichtungsgummi‘s defekt waren.

It was really clean and comfortable. We also got a very good room with a beautiful city view.

Just location is good
It was bad experinces we looked as a king bed but you gave us disabled room with bad view. Only one small bottle water for two guests. Not enough tower, no slippers. We were the Marriot guest it was first time we came there but it became a last visit to Hilton.

Jednak to co było na minus to pozycja przy stole bardzo niekomfortowa , stół był prawie przy kolanach . Albo krzesła za wysokie , albo stoły za niskie , po 40 minutach przy śniadaniu wszystkich bolały plecy -:), oprócz tych co siedzieli na kanapie .

Zdecydowanie największą zaletą jest lokalizacja hotelu - ścisłe centrum w pobliżu największych atrakcji i metra, Pokój duży i bardzo dobrze wyposażony z jednym ale które wspomnę później. Śniadania bardzo dobre z szerokim wyborem dań.
Zdecydowanie w pokoju brakuje gniazdek - zwłaszcza w pobliżu łózka. Tak naprawdę dostępny był tylko jeden kontakt koło telewizora bo drugi był zajęty przez czajnik. Można co prawda odpiąć lampy no ale chyba nie o to chodzi.

Komunikacja z personelem,zła, ponieważ personel w Polsce nie mówiący językiem polskim. Personel na recepcji bez znajomości języka polskiego, odsyłał do osób ze znajomością języka polskiego. Niestety to wydłużało załatwienie spraw. W hotelu komunikacja to podstawa, żenada, żeby w taki sposób traktować klienta i kraj, w którym hotel się znajduje. W Polsce językiem urzędowym jest język polski!

Die Restaurants rundum das Hotel sind sehr gut. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das STIXX-Grill. Nicht ganz so billig aber eine super Atmosphäre und sehr gutes Essen.
Rezeption sehr unflexibel.
Obwohl man beim Check-In ein Deposit von 3000 PLN für eventuelle Servicedienstleistungen während des Aufenthaltes auf die Kreditkarte gebucht hatte, sah man sich nicht in der Lage uns 50 PLN in bar herauszugeben, um ein Taxi bezahlen zu können, was leider keine Kartenzahlung hatte. Ferner hatte man vergessen, dass vorbestellte Taxi für die Abreise am anderen Tag zu organisieren, was morgens um 4:15Uhr nicht ganz so lustig ist.

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war sehr schön.
Das Frühstück ist nicht mehr als durchschnittlich, wir haben in zwei Sterne Hotels schon feudaler gefrühstückt. Die Bettwäsche hatte leider von Anfang an Flecken. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte insgesamt mehr als gelangweilt.

Hotel super -lokalizacja idealna. Śniadania pyszne, personel cudowny, bardzo pomocny. Na pewno wrócę - idealne miejsce na weekend lub na dłuższy pobyt.
Pokoje troszkę można by unowocześnić.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig im Finanzviertel von Warschau und ist leicht mit Bus und Strassenbahn zu erreichen.Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und die Betten waren sehr angenehm zum Schlafen.Der Innenpool mit Fitnesscenter und Spabereich war auch sehr gut und die Wassertemperatur sehr angenehm.Mein Fazit sehr empfehlenswert.
Extra Gebühr für das W-Lan 39 PLN(ca 8Eur) für 24h und beim Einchecken nochmal extra 200 PLN(ca 50Eur) als Sicherheitsgebühr.
Duschköpfe im Bad nicht mehr so modern und Fugen zwischen den Fliessen nicht mehr so sauber teilweise
Das ist schon ein älteres Hilton Hotel.

Rummet var väldigt litet, det fanns inte tillräckligt med kontakter för att ladda mobilerna, skohorn saknades, en av sängarna var alldeles för hård. Tja det var inte värt priset, tror vi hade hittat ett bättre hotell till en billigare peng. Enda fördelen var närheten till Norblina som vi älskade.

Wygodne łóżko i poduszki, możliwość całkowitego zaciemnienia pokoju na noc, czysto, piękny widok z ostatniego piętra, różnorodne, świeże produkty na śniadaniu. Bardzo fajna strefa basenowa i siłownia.
Brak szlafroka i pantofli w pokoju, w cetrum obsługi gości i dziale sprzątania pokoi nikt nie odbierał telefonu mimo kilku prób połączenia.
Jajecznica na śniadaniu chyba z jajek w proszku.

Rooms are missing atmosphere and are actually very basic. No extras e.g. fridge is empty. Bathroom has no glas or cup. Coffee machines in room are outdated, most competitors offer a nesprosso.

- stark veraltete technische Ausstattung (in der 25. Etage war die Lüftung trotz ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage so laut, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten, um schlafen zu können)
- im Bad schlechter Wasserdruck, an der Wanne kein Duschvorhang/Duschabtrennung, Tür zur Dusche undicht
- Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (Chipsreste auf dem Boden, Handabdrücke an Glasscheiben und auf Fensterbank)
- im Gegensatz zu früheren Jahren jetzt sehr unbequeme Betten (anstelle eines Boxsprings nur eine einfache Holzplatte unter einer harten Matratze)
- sehr schlechtes Corona-Management (Großteil des Personals mit Maske unter der Nase; viele Gäste trugen im Hotel und Fahrstuhl trotz deutlicher Hinweisschilder überhaupt keine Masken und wurden vom Personal auch nicht dazu angehalten; Gäste beim Frühstücksbuffet ohne Masken und Handschuhe, kein Abstand; Tische standen sehr eng)

Śniadania bez rewelacji, stare croissanty. W łazience - nigdy nie brałam tak długo prysznica ze względu na tragiczne ciśnienie wody, umycie długich włosów to tragedia.

Genialne położenie hotelu, prawie przy samej stacji metra. Pieszo w niecałe 10 min można dojść do PKiN oraz do samego centrum. Piękne widokowe położenie pokoju. 22 piętro robi wrażenie a widoki są genialne. Musze przyznać, że Warszawa wyładniała od mojego ostatniego pobytu.
Muszę to napisać bo już w samym hotelu były sprzeczki między pracownikami a podejście managera hotelu troszkę mnie zasmuciło. Chodzi o basen w hotelu a raczej jego dostępność, bo basen jest. Otóż nigdzie nie miałem w informacji, że basen jest ale nie dla dzieci... Chciałem z córką w piątek po podroży i spacerze wejść sobie i się zrelaksować a tu się okazało, że dzieci to w piątek chyba do 17 a w sobotę to w ogóle w godzinach kosmicznych coś chyba jak nie skłamię między 13 a 17? Godziny mogłem troszkę pomylić ale liczy się sam fakt. To pierwszy hotel z basenem, w którym nie skorzystaliśmy z basenu. Szkoda, bo jakby była jasna informacja to albo byśmy na basen nie liczyli po podróży albo bym po prostu wybrał inny z dostępnym basenem hotel. Także całość bardzo pozytywna poza tym drobnym w sumie średnio miłym mankamentem.

Не внимательность, не компетентность персонала ко мне и моей семье на почве национальной идентичности. Ночью с карты оставленной на сайте пытались снять деньги в размере 59 злотых. Утром ответили, что сбой системы. Заселение происходило быстро, но номер оказался для людей с ограниченными возможностями, при обращении к персоналу опять сбой системы.

Znakomite śniadanie, co dotyczy kolacji ją też miałem wliczoną. Każdy wieczór od 18:00 do 20:00 mogłem jeść i pić bez limitu. Basen i siłownia jest wspaniały i zadbany.
Już się odczuwa że hotel potrzebuje remontu. Meble są dobrze poszarpane. Brudne okna w środku.

Pokój ok, ale poniżej oczekiwań.
Moja ocena pewnie byłaby lepsza, gdyby nie mocny akcent śniadaniowy na koniec. Najpierw okazało się, że nie mogę sobie zrobić herbaty (było 40 min do końca wydawania śniadania), więc poprosiłam Dziewczynę, która sprzątała stoliki (w tempie "zawrotnym"). Ponieważ sprawiała wrażenie, że mnie nie rozumie, nawet próbowałam po angielsku, ale ostatecznie okazało się, że po prostu nie ma zamiaru pomagać, bo to nie jej zadanie. Gdy już zrobiłam awanturę, pokazała wreszcie koordynatorki i one rzeczywiście pomogły. Potem jeszcze widziałam jak ta sama Dziewczyna krąży z ciepłym daniem, bez szczególnego wysiłku by znaleźć adresata - trwało to naprawdę 10 min. Mnie się nie udało zjeść ciepłego dania, bo gdy podeszłam, bardzo zdegustowany prośbą o omleta Kucharz powiedział "No może, ale będzie pani bardzo długo czekać", więc zrezygnowałam.
My rating would probably have been better if it weren't for the strong breakfast incident at the end. First, it turned out I couldn't make tea for myself (there were 40 minutes left until the end of breakfast service), so I asked the Girl who was cleaning the tables (at a "breakneck" pace). Since she seemed not to understand me, I even tried in English, but ultimately it turned out she simply had no intention of helping because it wasn't her job. After I made a scene, she finally showed me to the coordinators, and they indeed helped. Then, I saw the same Girl wandering around with a hot dish, without making much effort to find the recipient - it really took about 10 minutes. I didn't manage to eat a hot dish because when I approached, the Chef, very disgusted by the request for an omelet, said, "Well, maybe, but you will have to wait a very long time," so I gave up.
