A good apartment

Good location, safe building with 24 hour security. Clean.

Prices had been almost doubled due to the Taylor Swift concert.

Very nice, comfortable apartment.

Very nice studio apartment in nice building with security. The washer/dryer unit was EXCELLENT (located in kitchen)!!! There is an elevator but there are about five steps to the elevator level if a guest is unable to climb stairs.

Minor concerns… The host did not provide the security code for the perimeter gate. Fortunately when I arrived the gate was not completely latched and I was able to gain access. I was then able to use Google translate to ask the guard for the code so that I could get in upon my return (The guard is about ten meters away from the gate.) Another minor concern was that the WiFi password was slightly incorrect… it required a capitalized letter in one word.)

Disappointing

Nice and clean studio in great area in Warsaw right at hoża street where there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around with good connection to the city center.

Although the host insisted that we have received an email with all the details for checking in, unfortunately the email was never sent. Unfortunately, there is no customer support after 6pm. As a result we did not get the code to enter the apartment. Luckily, however, the security guard was very kind and helpful and always use the master key to open the door for us and if it wasn't for him we would have probably slept in our car that night. Although this was sorta of a messy situation, it didn’t affect us so bad as we only stayed for one night. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but I recommend a better customer support and more accessible means of help as if we had arrived late at night and have not received the check in information it would be impossible to enter the property.

I would stay again!

Clean and well designed unit. The location was great for me and I liked that it was an actual neighborhood and not a bunch of hotels.

Had to request more coffee pods even though I was for extra when booking. Also a toaster and laundry detergent would be wonderful additions.

Great location, the room has everything you need for a stay for a few days. Very nice design. Responsive staff.

Need at least a small table for toiletries in the bathroom. The hair dryer is in very poor condition - the handle is not fixed and it is very dirty. I wiped it off with an alcohol wipe and didn't wipe it off. You have to be careful with the shower door - it hits the edge of the sink. Maybe a floor stop would help.The rest was great.

İf you check out even 1 hour late they dont warn you and take the daily rent for whole day. And the way they treat is really not nice.. pictures and room is not matching.. They could have call me for checking out, instead they waited for taking the money ... İ would definetely not recommend . I paid extra 200 zloti..

Disappointing

We have reason to believe that the owner sold the credit card information of me and my colleague who stayed in a neighbouring room (or the hotel website been hacked so the information was stolen by someone). I can tell this because, shortly after checking in, there were constant attempts of credit card payments to Tiktok and other online services on both our credits cards that forced both of us to withdraw them and get new ones after returning home.

The location and it was quiet. The size of the bed and the pillows.

Nobody was there to tell us how to enter the front door of the building or tell us the number of our unit. We had to ask the guard in the courtyard and poor guy he didn't speak any english ! I was not happy with this ! What kind of greeting is this ? There were not even a piece of sheet to tell us how to use the cook top. The fridge was very small.

All in all the stay was pleasant

everything except of noise from renovation in the building last week we stayed. We booked it for 5 weeks.

We booked the apt. for 5 weeks. last week was very noisy because of the renovation in the apartment above us, But is it not someone done by purpose. The building is brand new, so sometimes it has not only the bright side :-). Anyway, I could not work last week almost every day, and it was unexpected.

Central location and good value for money

Very central location, within a few minutes walking distance from city centre; straightforward and no contact check-in (with code); security guard on site; spacious bedroom with small but well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Coffee machine with a few pods and a couple bottles of water were a nice touch. Would recommend for a short city break or business trip. Compared to similar apartments nearby, it is good value for money.

Bathroom is rather small and could do with some touch ups - there were no hooks to hang towels, no toilet paper holder, no space to put toiletries.

Beautiful little apartment in the city centre of Warsaw

Amazing apartment in the city centre of Warsaw. Beautifully refurbished with a few very unique pieces of decor. Very comfy bed. I liked how quiet the wash machine was - it was possible to do laundry without having to deal with the noise. Easy access to the city centre for shopping and also lots of great restaurants nearby.

The apartment needed a little bit of TLC. A few screws needed tightening and a bathroom sink handle was broken. Also, it would have been nice to have a cutting board in the kitchen and a few bowls. Other than that everything else was fabulous and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy little apartment in the city centre.
