Muy linda piscina y el ambiente que la rodea.
La falta de frigobar y la ducha pequeña.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious enough for a 4 day stay. Location was great, 5-10 min walk to the square and in the heart of everything. Pool area was excellent with pool towels provided, and a bar. Pool beds always were available. Bed was very comfortable and air con was great. Really liked having our balcony as well overlooking the pool.
The room really would have benefited from a fridge. In order to supply electricity to the room, there was a specific key to power the room when you were in it. This was temperamental to get the power on, as well as a bit of a pain to not be able to charge when not in the room.

Had a lift to get bags up and down the stairs.
The air conditioning switched off every 30 minutes and would not turn on unless I got up to switch it on from the wall. Had the worst sleep both nights as I was constantly waking up feeling really hot. The reception staff were unhelpful and basically said to put up with it as there’s nothing they can do. Was not offered another room despite there being availability to be moved. Shower drain was clogged so left the shower not feeling clean. Wooden fixtures in the bathroom decaying/rotting. Sheets on bed thin, came off the edges of the mattress really easily overnight, would wake to find myself laying on bare mattress! I have stayed at 1 star hotels better than this 3 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend and would not stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location about 10mins walk to the main area of Sorrento. Plenty of places nearby to grab coffee or a snack. Lovely pool/ garden area with small bar and snacks. Room was clean and a good size.
The restaurant staff at breakfast were some of the rudest hospitality staff I have ever come across. The mornings were quiet all they have to do is get you tea/coffee and hot food if you order it. They 'forgot' to order our omelette most mornings despite there being more staff than patrons. ( we ate early around 7.30am)
All the other staff reception, housekeeping, pool were so friendly and helpful.

Friendliest staff I have ever met. I will definitely be returning. Rooms are clean, tidied every morning and the location is extremely convenient, it’s close to where the ferries dock, the train station and main square. Everything is within 15 minute walk.

Great location, pool, good variety in the buffet breakfast
Bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom after using shower and/or toilet
Provided with kettle however no tea or coffee

Toilet bowl was broken, didn’t fix it even though we made them aware, shower was not great, stingy and old , breakfast was not great . Only good thing they had an elevator

Loved the location, easy stroll into Sorrento. We loved the pool area - fantastic drinks, lovely small pool with enough chairs for all but never felt over crowded. Very relaxing with a nice mix of travellers: couples, families, friend groups from across the globe. Bed very comfortable and reception area very inviting. Aircon in room very effective and needed!
The shower was a bit old/not very powerful. Bathroom needs a bit of a revamp. Breakfast was OK but nothing standout. Some staff were lovely - particularly female staff at breakfast. Unfortunately some other members of staff working around the pool weren't very welcoming - felt like we were annoying him by simply ordering a drink.

Really good hotel! The pool is a dream in the hot weather. An added bonus of a pool bar which is served to your deck bed. They also do a good lunch too! The hotel isn’t anything fancy but the rooms are clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was cakes and pastries with some eggs if you’d like them made. All the staff are so helpful! From the attendant at the pool to the breakfast time - they couldn’t do enough! I would recommend!
Slightly tired looking, could do with a paint and musty smell but not enough to put off!

Central location to the busy hub of Sorrento

rooms cleaned to a high standard daily
Would really not recommend anyone to stay here
Firstly the staff have very poor English so it’s hard to communicate with them! They can’t give any recommendations for restaurants etc….
Don’t even bother go for breakfast, mainly just pastries that aren’t fresh! The eggs taste of burnt grease! Our first morning we went in and were sat at a table that hadn’t been cleaned, I pointed this out to two separate staff members and I was just grunted at by one and ignored by the other! I ended up walking out and looking to speak with a manager - I was told the manager doesn’t work in the hotel!
We looked for an iron and ironing board one evening and we were told they didn’t know where the ironing board was! So there must be one in the whole hotel!
We looked for an English breakfast tea another evening and told only in the morning, so again the staff were most unhelpful.
Our room faced the balcony and the noise all day and night from traffic was constant!
There was 2/3 kids at the pool some days and were constantly jumping in and splashing guests - one man had to tell them to calm down! I think these kids could have been related to a staff member!
The only plus was the house keeping was very good and left clean towels every day!
Location isn’t too bad, 12-15 min walk to the center!

The property was very central, loved the location
The WiFi didn’t work in the room, no English speaking channels on the Television, yes we’re in Italy, but when the Wi-Fi didn’t work and no Netflix on television, would have liked the Wi-Fi in the room, and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is most unusual.

The price was rather low for Sorrento, but I expected a better hotel. Our room was nice.
Our friends got a room that was strange, with interior stairs, and an unusable balcony that actually cost more than our room. Breakfast was very minimal, there was no Yogurt. The hotel would not let us leave our baggage on the day we departed as they were closing down for the week for lack of visitors. The hotel is about a km. walk from the center, which gets tiring after you do the walk 4 times every day.

Potential to be a nice hotel with nice pool and friendly staff
Incompetent organisation and help when roadworks happened for multiple nights in a row. Lack of understanding and lying that would not continue.

very convenient location close to the city center so we are able to walk everywhere from the hotel. it’s also 5 mins from the train station that goes to Naples.
the room we were given you had to walk all the way a flight of stairs to actually get to. not the end of the world, but after many stairs, we didn’t expect to walk more flights of stairs to our room. Not all the rooms in the hotel are like that. the breakfast they give you every morning is ok.
