La posizione.
Copriletto sporco. Camera fredda. Materasso duro e con i bozzi. Assenza del bidet. L’acqua in doccia fredda, ci ho messo 10 minuti prima che diventasse TIEPIDA e potessi lavarmi. Ok Milano, ok zona centrale, ma anche no.

It was worth for the money.
There is no "busy/do not disturb card" to hang out to door. And they don't have slippers.

Ci vedremo presto.

Clean sheets and room, bathroom too. Good location, 1 min. from the metro.
The room wasn't small. It was tiny. But still, it was OK with good mattress.

Clean, comfortable, nice helpful staff, elegant wood-panelled walls!
Breakfast was too many cakes and not enough ‘healthy stuff’ but great if you have a sweet tooth! Access at night was fine though note (1) when you ring the bell on the street they don’t answer but just ‘buzz’ the door to open it. So wait for the buzz and push. 2) You then have to cross the courtyard and go up to the first floor through a sliding door that opens for you. So it’s not a ‘straight into reception from the street’ place.

The room was clean and tidy. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room. The floor was made of smooth stone tiles, which is easy to clean (much better than carpet!) The breakfast was nice. It is mostly sweet, there were not so many options for people who like savory breakfasts, in my opinion, I think this is the standard in Italy.
It is located in a courtyard, and the entrance was a bit tricky to find for me. There is a big sign on the wall outside, but you need to press a doorbell to enter. The sign on the bell could have been clearer, but maybe I am just bad at searching :)

Room was not clean. Toilet paper and paper towels were not in the room when I arrived. Was very noisy. I think they can do better for the money I spent.

a good location (in a very lively residential area close to a tube station) and extremely amicable and professional staff
well … even the arrival is not great, an hotel located on the first floor on an inside courtyard of an old building … Furniture is quite outdated. Breakfast is ok, adequate to the 3 star rating of the hotel, but it is not acceptable to continue to use plastic cups

Breakfast - maybe you can add something not sweet :-)

A great property with kind and cordial hosts, especially Sara.

Location was really good, 15 mins from city centre with tram or subway.
The staff was really friendly! I was able to leave my luggage after check in.
I've seen people that left 1/10 reviews just because of ridiculous things like the quality of the breakfast.
The breakfast was just fine, it wasnt incredible mainly because of the pastries that were packaged ones.
But leaving 1 star of 10 just because of that, omg. White people problems for real.

The location is perfect. It’s close to Wagner metro and many good restaurants. The room is really good for one person. The Wi-fi is fast enough. The breakfast is okay.
The toilet space is really narrow. I couldn’t fit.

Very cozy hotel, located close to the metro, area very lively with many cafes, bars, shops, supermarket is also very near. Except for metro, there is a tram stop in just 2 minutes, so it's well connected to the center. The room was quite big for a single, with a comfortable bed. It was very clean when I arrived and during the stay. Staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian with great variety of sweets and coffee.
It's located in a residential building so the condominium heating system was a bit loud

The staff was very kind, also we got free upgrade on our room which was nice from them. There was fairly big breakfast and also the location was very comfortable If you want to explore the city.
It was very noisy, and also you can hear the other room through the wall; it was very cold and also they don't have enough blankets
