Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. Dazu war die Einrichtung perfekt für 5 Personen.

traumatic and dissatisfied

the manager was nice

the appartment was very dirty, I told the manger on arrival that the appartment had a bad smell and the beds smelt bad myself and my sons caught a severe case of bed bugs sleeping in the beds. I believe that the mattress were very very old. we came home stressed and full of bites all over with a severe itching and as a result rash all over that caused severe discomfort on our 26 hour flight home to Australia. we were given 1 bath towel per person for our 6 night stay, and were told we have to pay for extra clean towels and bed linen. only a wire rack to dry washed clothes. lounges and pillows smelt bad ( dirty) no clothes dryer. 2 toilets only 1 in working condition. a hair dryer that was 30 years old and didn’t even work. heating during the night was so hot we all sweat through the night,and had to open door to let room cool down and it was 2 degrees outside. so much noise out side road truck cleaners and garbage trucks collecting Rubish till 2.00am I’m so disgusted I would like a full refund. it ruined our holiday.!!!!! I’m not happy it was false advertising

Roomy, comfortable and convenient.

Roomy and spacious. Great location. Super helpful host.

The apartment was a little warm (our stay was in Nov so the weather was quite chilly) but as the heating is controlled centrally by the building we couldn’t reduce it. Not a huge issue and it meant our washing dried super fast. And certainly preferable than being too cold.

Beautiful apartment, superb location.

Location was super, very central. The property is furnished lovely and the courtyard area is beautiful. I loved the fact we had use of the kitchen , with tea, coffee , sugar, salt, pepper , herbs and all cleaning products.Beds were comfortable too.

As it’s so central , it was very noisy at nighttime especially on a Saturday night as the weather was warm, so windows were open. The plugs in the kitchen were a bit tricky for us to use , I’m sure that was user error though .

Could have been better if the suite was better maintained.

Location was excellent for all Milan attractions.

Poor overall upkeep of facilities. A/C did not work, one flat pillow per guest, bedding had some stains, cooking equipment very well-used (Teflon flaking), missing kitchen utensils for cooking. Design of upstairs bedroom has max ceiling height of 2m (6ft)

Super central! Perfect base camp for all those typical touristy things. Travel adapters for Italian power plugs are available.

The climate in the upper room was not really pleasant. It smelled a bit like clothes that were wet for too long. Reason: The towels and sheets seem to be left to dry in a closed room with no ventilation. We put them on the balcony

Exceptional

Communication was first class all the way through from booking to arriving at the property. We were met by Silvio who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. Fantastic location for the Duomo and shops, very well placed for all transport links too. Cannot fault the place or Silvio. I will definitely be returning.

Superb

Location is excellent, pretty close to the Duomo (Main landmark in Milan) in the heart of the downtown. Big and comfy apartment, very clean with a good kitchen.

It might be a little warm in the hot days.

Brilliant

Location

Brilliant, clean, tidy and in a superb position for all of the main Milan sites Duomo is a little over 5 minute walk away. The host Silvio was really friendly and helpful. Would definately return and highly recommend.

Overall it was nice, but as I mentioned just a little odd.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is fabulous and just for that we would stay there again. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms which helped as we were a family of four. The building was great and again for location - great.

The whole apartment is a bit odd though. The space to get into the kitchen is so tiny that you have to go into it sideways. There is only one outlet in the kitchen which meant that you couldn't heat up hot water, or use the microwave or the coffee maker at the same time. The space between the TV and the stairs was less than a foot and the stairs have a fewe unstable steps. The shelves were placed too close to the bed which meant you had to duck a little to ensure you didn't hit them.
