Lady at reception very friendly.
I arrived at 11 am and she was kind enough to give me the key of the room.
Location is good.
Room extra clean and smells nice.
I even had a balcony ....

I didn´t expect that our room includes jacuzzi & big super nice terrace. The room was also big and very comfortable.
The only thing that disappointed me a lot were ants. They were on the floor, in my backpack...

we literally only slept here, but got upgraded to a family room for free (so i could sleep in separate room to my dad). the rooms were very minimal - wardrobe and and bed (wardrobe only in one room). shower and bath. friendly and helpful reception staff. clean rooms and bathroom. really basic, but that's all we needed
not super comfortable bed

The hotel is based just five minutes from the bus station. We were only there for one night but were very pleased with our choice.
We were perfectly happy with everything.

location was close to the centre and the complimentary use of the bag room and showed on the day you leave was very handy.
there was construction work happening in one of the rooms so that was loud also I could hear the toilet being used and flushed next door.

The room itself was great, lots of storage space, not noisy because it was a room facing the inside of the courtyard.
Very clean, and was cleaned everyday when we put out the sign.
The location is excellent as it's very close to the citycenter of Palma and to the bus station (so we easily travelled to other parts of the island with the bus).
The main thing that dragged down the score was that the final price that I paid at the hotel was different than the price I was promised when I booked it (promised £477.32, ended up paying £488.87).
When I asked reception about the price difference, she offered no extra explanation, said it was the exchange rate although exchange rates (between GBP and euro) should not still make a £11.55 difference.
Also, the coffee machine near the reception didn't work the several times we tried to use it.

The location was good and the staff recommended where we should go to eat, which was great. Also ver obliging when I needed to buy water.
The room was very hot when we arrived, the bed was rather small and the layout of the rooms was rather odd.

The staff was really nice and the hotel had a very nice location, well connected to the airport and close to the Intermodal train/bus station.
Unfortunatelly, our stay was greeted with a very unpleasant smell in the room. Since it was no wind at all and the humidity level stayed above 80% the whole time and temperatures were really high, as you can imagine this is the perfect environment for bacteria to thrive. opening the balcony door did help a little with the smell, but the head and humidity was unbearable. Turning on the AC however reduced the temperature to a comfortable level, but introduced a stringent smell of rotten corpse. This sums up how everything was. We found bugs in the room and ants and all amenities looked like they need to be replaced, because they were heavily used and old. Even the floor was partially ripped here and there. Otherwise the bed sheets and towels were clean and the cleaning personnel did a good job with that. However, they need to ask a soecialist to clean that AC unit or replace it entirelly because it is a struggle to stay there.

We had the chances to take food and water and put them in a small fridge next to the bed. I think that was a perfect and useful way to help costumers like us who travelled a lot during the stay.
What I didn't like was the fact that the room was extremely hot, it wasn't refreshed at all. It was a bit a unpleasant especially when you come back from a sunny day at the beach.

Location great.
Great bar for breakfast beside it.
I liked it.

Good value and pleasant welcome
Very basic, but did the job for the price. Very strange that the toilet was rammed behind the shower - so you had to sit sideways on it!

Main reason for our choice was its location which was perfect for eating out and getting to the main transport centre

In general a good hotel in a nice area
I rented a suite with two beds in one room and one room in a second room.
The two beds were good, but the third bed was not good. The top mattress was probably missing. Probably an easy thing to solve.

Ate at neighboring cafes. Location was within walking distance of transport and old town.
