Super Hotel für beste Erholung

Super Hotel, beste Lage. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben ein tolles kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen vom DZ Gartenblich auf 70qm Suite + riesige Dachterrasse !! Danke dafür an Booking.com. Das Essen war reichlich und vielfältig und hat sehr Gut geschmeckt.

Tired, run down, light boxes on stairs need replacing. Windows need replacing. No available sun loungers to use the pool. Bar area in lobby grubby and tired

Family hotel and louds of kid activities but everybody is English and we're Spanish.

Staff. Great.

They close the restaurant fastly at the finish time so if you arrive a bit late, you have to eat without breathing. My daughter was the only Spanish girl at the pool and the kids activities were hard for her.

very spacious complex, the room we had was super large, also the balcony with sea view and greenery. Food good too. town within walking distance you have to be good on your feet. but you don't have to leave the hotel, plenty of fun.

Nice pools, friendly staff and good choice of food and drinks. Good location for proximity to airport and for accessing the beach and commercial shopping centre.

Jacuzzi wasn't working, terrace wasn't cleaned at all during our 6 night stay. There was no self serve option in pool bar for soft drinks which might have reduced the queues and no outdoor bar option which meant you needed to fully dry off and join a queue each time you wanted a soft drink if you went for a swim. Location was a bit far away from traditional smaller shops and nearest pharmacy 20 mins walk. General Sun beds not very comfortable or cleaned well and a shortage of parasols , although there were Balinese beds which we're available for 5e per day which we're well worth the price for the comfort they provided.

Great, traditional package hotel.

This hotel is in a good position and very clean. The choice and quality of the buffet food was very good. The staff were very polite and work really hard. Views of the sea from upper floors are wonderful and there are plenty of loungers by the swimming pools. There is a lovely flat walk to the centre of Caleta and the shopping centre is next door to the hotel.

It is a bit dated in appearance and the lighting in the eating areas makes it look very gloomy. Some of the lifts were not working and it is directly on the flight path which is only a few km from the airport. This was not a problem for us as we enjoyed watching the planes come in.

Very relaxing short break in a fabulous hotel with everything we needed on site.

Fabulous hotel in quiet seafront location - perfect for a 3-night stay. Very helpful staff and the food in the buffet restaurant was very good with a huge selection. Our room was very spacious and had a panoramic seaview. It included a Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities and supplies for these were topped up every day. The grounds of the hotel were extensive and were beautifully landscaped, and the jacuzzi in the middle of the swimming pool was a real treat.

The only slight negative was that our room had a large double bed instead of twin beds, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue by adding an extra single bed into the room. It just wasn't quite as comfortable as the main bed, but fine for 3 nights!

I would return to stay again, definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Food was very good and they served branded drinks.

The gym needs improving, some equipment needs updating. The cats.

Very relaxing stay in a super friendly hotel.

The hotel was beyond our expectations! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, particularly at check-in. The food in the restaurant was terrific with vast amounts of choice. We both enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and meat every evening. Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic sea view - with a comfy area to enjoy the view!

A few areas of the hotel looked a little tired and could do with a bit of modernisation.

Everything was fantastic, from reception team ,waiters, animation team. Location very good ,only 15min by taxi from airport, food was superb , fresh juices in the morning really gives to you energy to start your day perfectly .

Nothing i find faulty, every one works hard, helps each other, they really working as a team .
