Great holiday, beautiful pool/ view, all the staff were amazing, we would definitely return

All the staff were amazing, pool area was great and definitely recommend upgrading to an ocean view, well worth the money.

We felt very well looked after and definitely experienced 5 star treatment.

It was classy and probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in abroad.

Superb

Service was exceptional. The guys behind the bar made us feel very welcome and accommodated our needs too perfection.

The selection at food at dinner were not up to the usual standard. The cold plates were warm. The quality was fabulous but we expected more options.

Amazing holiday, lovely hotel and fabulous staff.

Beautiful location, quiet with some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Hotel was card only and I’d taken a lot of cash to pay for drinks ect.

3/4 star family accomodation NOT a 5 star standard hotel... you get what you pay for here...

Location easy to find, plenty of parking and shops/restaurants close by. Beach immediately accessible from hotel. Choice of food on site and places to grab a drink. Check in v easy and staff attentive. Room service available and prompt response.

Very tired and dated overall. Not 5 star in my opinion. Beds uncomfortable, carpets worn, furniture tired and stained in places. Patio doors very hard to open once closed. Wardrobe doors not closing and tiny ants everywhere. Curtains/nets dated and dirty. Pillow odd mix of flat and lumpy. Breakfast plentiful but not fresh as some reheated for service and cold meats/fruit left out for hours (some from previous day). Pool area sun loungers filthy and dated. Yuck! All this said the big issue here is this hotel is targeting lower budget holiday makers and attracting huge numbers of families with young children. This brings a certain level of noise, behaviour and disturbance... forget trying to relax. I complained to the hotel on the first morning and requested an immediate check out, I was refused and told to take issue with Booking.com to resolve. I spoke with Booking.com and they promised me a response within 48hrs... I heard nothing back! I ended up staying the whole week unhappy and completely unsatisfied. If you really are looking for a relaxing 5 star accommodation then this is not it. This is a dated 3/4 star family hotel with a 5 star past. Also do not count on Booking.com to resolve your issue based on over stating the quality on offer here.

Room was a lovely large size, nicely decorated. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Had a facial at the Spa which was excellent as well

One of our best ever

Room spacious with a great view. Buffet breakfast and supper were both outstandingly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is very spacious and the pools are comfortably warm. Beach has golden sand is clean and the sea is clear.

The hotel grounds are extensive and very attractive. The area outside the hotel is well kept but there are few restaurants nearby. There is a good shopping mall and supermarket several hundred yards away.

Good place for vacation. Lower your expectations of a 5 start hotel.

The team at the spa is great. Fernanda and Eva make a difference. Kids swimming pool is great as well as the main swimming pool with warmed water.

The food. I had read great comments about the food and it was the biggest disappointment. The restaurant of the pool is really low quality. The breakfast is OK but with very little variety of options. We stayed 10 days and we had to look for other options outside of the hotel.

very nice place

great place for children, very good team at kids club, friendly stuff, good food, beautiful beach and heated pools.

maids didn’t clean every day the rooms properly and beach towels were a bit of problem. A Cafe around the pools would have been nice. The restaurant was too busy with lunch.

lot of noise far away from lobt not interesting name Sheraton was greet but not really guy I was wake at 7 o’clock because of noise I really did not enjoy. we have to take a towel from pool to reception lang way and we have to bring back to reception than Thake anderone

It was okey, close to airport and beachfront but service needs to be improved.

the size of the room, the bed was comfortable, Asian restuarant

the smell especially in the corridor, the hotel is need to be refurbished (furniture, curtains in room are very old), this is the second time there is a leakage in the bathroom (happened in a previous stay), took a very long time to check-in ( could not find our reservation despite booking nr) and check-out was took even longer (had to wait for the dinner bill from Asian restaurant). it was not allowed to swim in one of the pool and the other pools were crowded.

Great stay in Fuerteventura.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.They were always present to respond to any question.The pool,bars,restos and spa were great also.The price for 9 days was good.Carlos in the reception area is a great guy,and he helped me a lot.

We had a lovely and enjoyable time.

The kids pool and its location to the main pools was good.

More change in food each evening would have been preferable, and more hot choices of food for vegetarians. Greater attention to replenishing hot breakfast items would have been good, to avoid waiting, meaning the other food was going cold on the plate.
