Patenkinta vaizdu , netoli mesto centras , oro uostas netoli .

Patiko pacio viešbučio vieta , vaizdas per balkoną , kambariai tvarkomi kasdien .

Maistas , labai ne įvairus , viskas prideginta iš mėsos .Animacija labai skurdi , vakarines programos prastos , jokios diskotekos vakarais suaugusiems , viešbutis orientuotas į vyresnius žmones .

Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig und man kann überall ruhige Plätze finden ( zumindest war dies in der Nebensaison so ) Das Hotel war überwiegend von Engländern besucht, welches für uns kein Problem darstellte. Beim Frühstücks und Abendbuffet war reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal war immer sehr freundich. Angenehm ist es das man auch ohne AI sich jederzeit mit Trinkwasser versorgen konnte. In den Zimmern hörte man nichts von den anderen Gästen. Die Aussicht aus dem 9.Stock (Superior Zimmer ) war grandios.

Leider hat sich mitunter der Geruch der Kanalisation ausgebreitet.

Breakfast lacked variety for the warm main dishes

On the day of check-out, we left the hotel around 03.30, it was not possible to use breakfast. We turned to the reception so that the money we paid for breakfast could be used for dinner in advance, for lunch or to take away, but we were refused

Blízkost pláže. Pořádek. Dostupnost parkovacích míst v okolí, takže nebylo nutné platit hotelu 15 EUR/den.

Snídaně pořád stejné, nudné. Večeře žádný zázrak Noedhlučněné pokoje, je slyšet televize od vedle.

There are far better hotels in Benalmádena.

- Polite staff. - Clean room. - Sea view. - Parking space. - Cheap (with reasons).

- Very bad smell in the room due to mold and bacteria in the fan coil unit, even if it was switched off. I tried to change the room, but the same smell spreded in the corridors also on different floors. - Lack of soundproofing. Very annoying street and wind noise. - Polite, but not helpful staff at the reception. They promised a callback two times, but never called. - Very basic quality of food, lack of vegetables at the breakfast. - Poor wellness. - There are vertical spot lights only in the bathroom, making impossible of correct wet shaving. - For 3 days (out of 9) only hot water came also from the cold tap. It was boiling hot, so I could not shower. Mechanics came, but could not fix it. Then I left the hotel. - Does not reach the level of 4 star at all.

This stay was relaxing and comfortable. I'd like to come back.

Meals, service, location, short distance to bus stops, outdoor area, convenient transfer from Malaga airport to the hotel

Overall the hotel was extremely good and I would highly recommend it to others

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing and the food was extremely good. The hotel was very clean. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

The evening entertainment for adults could have been better. The lifts were slow and one was out of action for part of our stay.

Nice hotel, I like that you couldn’t get in the pool til 10,

That I couldn’t get all inc for a 3 day stay, Dressing gowns would have been nice in the room .

The fact you have to pay for water at the restaurant (even with half board). we were being charged for bottle of water and when we requested for normal tap water, we were told you can only have 1 glass (this is after making a fuss at the reception desk). It is shameful to say the least and in all my travels, this is the first I have heard. It nearly ruined the experience as the other hotel staff and receptionist were amazing plus the stay would have been Amazing bar the experience with the waiters at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel with great outdoor space.

We booked 4 rooms, 3 were beside each other on the 2nd floor but mine was on the 10th floor, as female travellers we would have felt safer being beside each other. Breakfast was good, my view was off the roundabout and the sea.

The lifts, no one at reception told us when we checked in which lift to go to and we were ages trying to find our rooms. Also the lifts are so so slow.

Great place to spend your holiday

The view on 7th floor is just stunning. Breakfast is fabulous, there is everything for everyone, The location is great just on the coast , and the centre Benalmadena is just 10min easy walk away. The pools are great, it's good that there is separated kids pool/ active pool and the pool for adults for a calm and relaxing time.

If U live in a room above the bar, it can get quite noisy at the evening , if ur trying to chill on the balcony,

Very good

I like the hotel. I stayed for 3 weeks this time and 3 weeks last year. The Wi-Fi had improved.👍🏼 The all inclusive is very good.

There’s sometime a very unpleasant smell in the hotel.

Loved our room but would have preferred a smaller hotel.

Our room was fabulous with wonderful views. It was very spacious with a large bathroom - the shower was big and efficient. There was a large balcony too.

The restaurant on the weekend was overcrowded and noisy. They ran out of food at breakfast. Overall the hotel was too large and the lifts were busy and we had to wait. The swimming pool was miles away from our room.

Very good hotel, recently renovated, nice view, good bus connection to other cities, 2 saunas free

Food, room, social events every day even in February, good tennis court

Parking for car was a bit complicated in hotel area, but ok outside on the street.

Lovely hotel and food (if you’re a meat eater) in great location

Lovely, larger than usual, suite to stay in. Lovely view. Lots of seating area outside.

lifts not always working as they should. lights on stairwells would suddenly go out, even if you halfway up the stairs. Did email the hotel about lack of signs on food - vegetarian, vegan, gluten free,etc. They replied and said they were ‘awaiting’ signs. So, being vegetarian, on some occasions, I ate little or just a strange mix of food, as I wasn’t sure which was meat free, and the servers couldn’t understand when I asked. I was shown around the food area one evening, after I’d emailed, but it felt like a token gesture. The chef also walked around with us (but even he wasn’t sure if some dishes had meat in or not). The next evening it was back to the unknown! If I’d known then I wouldn’t paid for half-board.

Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable food was lovely, plenty of choices of food and lots of it Waiting staff in restaurant some not very friendly at all

I feel for the size of the hotel the bar area is far too small most nights by the time we had eaten our evening meal around 8.30 there were no spaces to sit and enjoy a drink and couldn't watch entertainment, maybe there should be a bar area with entertainment and another bar for a quiet drink ,it could be bigger if they moved the snooker table into an outside area this would make more sense

very good 4* hotel with an amazing seaview!

direct beachfront and location! sea view from the balcony was simply amazing - we felt like on a cruise ship :-)

food was really good and fresh everyday. still we’d have been grateful for a little bit more vegetarian options like hummus for breakfast and dinner or some vegetarian spreads

Benalmadena walking holiday

Room and bathroom good size. Excellent balcony views. Friendly staff. Good bus routes. Near to airport.

Food was average, often repetitive dishes. Limited signs to say what the food was. Long waits for the lifts. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Maid entered room too early, just knocked and walked in, not good!

Nice location but very average Food quality and service

the location, the views, the rooms are super clean

Food quality was average and no labels on the buffet dishes. Chef is so careless even if we did the comment on the first day, we don’t eat pork and each time we had to ask the plate name and the ingredients.. so practical at all. I’ve asked for a white eggs omelette and I have been told that’s its not possible at all, its just eggs guys
