La piscine était fermée pendant tout le séjour sans que ce soit indiquer et aucune réduction ou geste pour cela. Il y avait des hôtels beaucoup mieux placés et moins chers sans piscine , la piscine était l’élément principal du choix de cet hôtel ..

Great stay for a congress

If you're in town for a congress, it has a great location and also close by metro station. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and staff was very kind.

I kept finding hair and lint in my bed sheets, even when sleeping on the first night. The toilet didn't have a toilet brush.

Prima, beetje oud en daardoor te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Het was prima.

De gym was wel erg beperkt met slechts 2 dumbells van elk verschillende gewichten (7 en 9 kg). Wel prima loopband maar neergezet met de neus tegen de muur als een stil verzet door iemand die zelf niet van sporten houdt.

Geschäftshotel

Das Hotel ist in erster Linie ein Kongresshotel und liegt entsprechend. Gut ist die Nähe zur Metro und die direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und es ist das erste Hotel bei dem jemand das im Moment so angesagte Konzept "offenes Bad" gut umgesetzt hat. Mittels einer Schiebetüre kann der Schlafbereich vom Eingangs- und Badbereich getrennt werden und das Glas zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich kann mit einem Rollo geschlossen werden. Hat den Nebeneffekt, dass man eine doppelt Türe zum Flur hat. Damit war es auch eines der leisesten Hotels in dem ich seit langem war. Super! Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotelrestaurant kann man empfehlen. Barpersonal sehr gut und freundliche. Zimmer Service rasch und zuverlässig und Sonderwünsche wie Late-check out konnten erfüllt werden und waren bezahlbar. ( Hab ich in Barcelona auch schon anders erlebt)

Der Fitnessraum hat zwar einige Geräte ist aber gefühlt in der letzten Ecke und mit seiner niedrigen Decke eher bedrückend. Es gab zwei Kurzhanteln und eine Handelstage ohne Gewichte. Die Kardiogeräte waren ok, aber insgesamt eine deprimierende Veranstaltung. Einen Wasserspender habe ich auch nicht gefunden. Das Frühstück ist preislich ok, aber Rührei, Spiegelei und alle sonstigen Warmspeisen sind leider kalt. Entweder weil sie zu lange liegen oder weil die Technik ( so es sie gibt) sie nicht passend warmhalten kann. Das war echt schlecht

Використовували в якості транзитного готелю, зручне розташування, до аеропорту можна доїхати на метро, до порту таксі 10 євро. Заселили раніше, о 10.30. Сніданок різноманітний і смачний, номери чисті та комфортні. Хотіли зупинитись на зворотньому шляху, але ціна виросла у два рази

Персонал на ресепшені спочатку не побачив у системі наше бронювання з букінгу, хоча було воно заздалегідь оплачене. Незрозуміле таке зростання ціни протягом тижня

Unterkunft war leicht zu finden, Metro und Buse waren in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wunderschön, es wurde täglich geputzt.

Front desk were friendly The breakfast was amazing

There was no bell boy to help with the luggage, my father is handicapped and i had to push his wheelchair and go back for the luggage. The cleaners removed a tea mug and never replaced it. Sometimes they would not refill the teabags and the coffee.

Amaizng would definitely come again

Everything the bed was amazing the view was alright I mean it was what we expected the location wasn’t the best but It was my first time going abroad but was great the shower was lovely and the toilet was great two separate rooms so if someone wanted to go to the toilet without interrupting they could. Most days the cake in and bring new drinks in now everyday though breakfast was okay quite cold when I was there but tasted delicious.lovely top with a view and pool the pool was lovely could have been a little deeper

Lovely stay in a well equipped hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Located right by a metro station which was very helpful for getting in to the city. A great mall right by it with good food options if in need. Would stay here again!

Beds were a little on the less comfy side but not enough to not make me return again.

A lovely one night stay thanks to the fantastic staff!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We came for one night and were so lucky to get upgraded to a beautiful superior room. The room was spotless and so lovely and the shower was gorgeous! We had a snack and a few drinks in the bar downstairs before we went out in the evening and it was very nice.

We loved it but wished we could have found an English Channel on the tv or been able to log into our Netflix

honestly it was fine, but it’s essentially just a budget hotel that’s hiked it’s prices because there was an event on at the exhibition centre opposite. For the money they charged I would have expected a lot more.
