Beautiful Location - good service - needs a facelift

Location, Setting, 👍👍👍

Bar Service - Cocktails were substandard- Property needs refurbishing - Room floors were poorly cleanded- prices too high for wine etc.

The best!

The Staff is amazing, we had a great great great room, with Seaview, the breakfast is amazing, the view. We come here every year and it's the best hotel we've ever been. Worth it!

Magnifique hôtel mais quelques surprises pour le prix

Chambre magnifique, déco et vue incroyable Literie confortable Restaurant très bon (dommage il n' y en avait qu un d ouvert en octobre) Petit déjeuner excellent avec énormément de choix (oeufs faits minute et champagne !!) - le meilleur qu on ait jamais connu

Les extras permanents : tout tout tout est en supplément et surtout très cher !! 8€ pour une cannette d eau, les matelas au soleil payants... Très étonnant quand on paye déjà 400€ la nuit Beaucoup de chambres, c est un peu l usine, n espérez pas une expérience personnalisée et aux petits soins Obligés a plusieurs reprises de faire la queue pour avoir une table pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner (même en réservant...)

Excellent poolside, especially the adult only rooftop area. Great sea view from the lobby & main pool.

Hotel is beautiful however food and drinks were overpriced

The hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely, very tastefully done out. The gym was good and the pool a good size. The breakfast was very varied.

The drinks were severely over priced and we were 'told off' for bringing our own bottle of water to the swimming pool area. 20 euros for a cocktail is extortionate.

Exceptional

The location is absolutely incredible with a beautiful jetty that gives a great view of the hotel. I can't speak highly enough of the spa facilites too, the private pool there was brilliant post massage. Last but not least the restaurant on the roof was perfect for dinner.

Gorgeous hotel but food is not great

the staff were all lovely & the location was beautiful and rooms very clean and stunning

the food was extremely hit and miss. they need to make huge improvements with the standards of chefs, one day we received raw uncooked chicken and when visiting the restaurant gone off meat. The breakfast was good although the rooftop was diabolical. The staff weren’t greatly accommodating here either unfortunately which was a shame as the rest of the hotel they were fabulous.

Very good

Breakfast excellent pool amazing but this kind of hotels should be adults only. There were a group of teenagers screaming in the pool and bothering the peace of the place that you look for when you go into a kind of hotel like this one. Also babies crying.... it is the 2nd time I come here and never found that.... don't think it is a place to have kids. Nobody at the hotel or even therir parents were telling them to shut up and behave like the place deserves, except the life ward of the pool that did an extremelly good job tlaking to them...but they were not caring at all

Fab stay with the family - would come back

Great service; very helpful & friendly staff - lovely pool area with a good atmosphere. Our 4 year old loved the kids club!

Beach area was disappointing- recommend having a car to explore.

The best hotel, The staff Is Wonderfull,great locatie, clean, good breakfast (thanks to live-cook Jozef), beautiful, nice place.

I have had an unpleasant expereince with the assistent experience manager. She is the only person in the hotel who is rude to guest's and co-workers. I come to ME hotel for about 8 years know and one of the unique selling points is the Aerial Yoga. Until know this was daily available. And this year only 3 time 's a week, so if you are there one the wrong days, you have no yoga. There was also normal yoga, and know they changed the program, and for me personal that is not a improvement.

Very good

The pool area and hotel facilities and high standard as expected. The pool service and bar service was excellent. Staff were really friendly though bar and restaurant service in the evening was a little slower than preferred. We did Anti Gravity Yoga which was an amazing experience and Sonia Pettit was an incredible teacher. Fantastic experience.

The menus were limited and rather interesting combinations of food, for both the lunch and dinner options. Good be improved.

The location, the staff, the breakfast, the VIBE, just amazing

nothing, but it will be even more amazing when the hall and stairway are renovated, but irrelevant as all the rest is so great.
