Buen trato personal excepto una chica rubia de recepción

El trato del personal de limpieza y la tranquilidad del hotel

El trato que nos dio una chica rubia alta de recepción, fue bastante arrogante y poco respetuosa, al llegar nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos contestó con muy malas formas.

A very average business hotel with no air con in the restaurant. Wouldn't stay again

Secure parking for motorcycle

No air con in restaurant and it was stiflingly hot. Some staff were a little grumpy. Location is central but felt a bit dodgy. Lots of police patrolling about and wide boys in noisy cars. Breakfast and food was decent, but it was so stiflingly hot in the evening that I simply couldn't eat.

Quality with a friendly budget

Good location, friendly budget and the staff was great.

The room wasn’t that big and the spa was without any personal ; the massages and spa personal were on available from Wednesday to Sunday.

People seem to shun Langreo as a town but we find it has everything for eating and drinking. Mining museum is worth a vi

not a 4 star hotel.

the man at the reception was extremely friendly, very nice. unlike his female counterpart who was dull as flower wall paper. comfy bed. the room lacked amenities.

I would consider this a 3 star hotel. wine stained lamp shades, horrible view towards a massive falic shaped factory vent. the light in the bathroom didn't work so I had to poop in the dark, everyday. it's also an extremely randomly placed hotel. like someone just dropped a "4" star hotel in the middle of a factory complex from 1970's communist Poland.

A feeling of luxury for a great price

The best hotel of our trip in Norther Spain in terms of comfort. Big rooms, big bathroom. All you need in a hotel. We needed to check-out early and they let us have breakfast at 6am, that was really helpful. Good wifi.

The restaurante is a little bit expensive, but you have other option around the hotel. One of our rooms was not cleaned, but that was resolved really fast (so not a real problem).

Lovely suite for a family of four in two separate rooms within the suite

Breakfast very simple but otherwise, fine Langreo not interesting (tourism-wise), but spent the afternoon in Oviedo, which was beautiful and only 20 minutes away
