Pleasant for short visit

Free parking inside the hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Bed was king size

Great value nearby Madrid

Room was great. The restaurant is also very cool with several options and a great taste.

Staff is fine, but seems a bit overworked and stressed out by doing multiple things at the same time, so they don't pay much attention to us, which is understandable given the circumstances. About the room, the only thing I would say is I hated that long pillow, but that's a personal preference.

Cheap and convenient alternative to Madrid

The property was a good location south of Madrid, a very good, powerful and hot shower. Large bed. Staff spoke quite good English at reception desk. good view from room.

No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room, very thin sheets not very warm. Room had clearly been cleaned but not to a high standard, we had a few hairs on our towels etc. not sound proof, we could hear all coming and goings in the hotel and all the traffic outside. A strong smell of sewer outside the hotel too.

Excellent value in a comfortable hotel.

Stayed for a night when driving south. Well located near the highway. Room was exceptionally clean.

Road noise with the window open. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

The clean. Under furniture where fridge and tv are set on bedroom was too dirty. They don’t move it to clean it up.

A nice hotel , very good option as a transit hotel , a good value for the money.

The room was ok , warm , comfy beds , good to sleep . The breakfast was good , buffet type , standard one . A nice surprise was the restaurant, a la carte, the food very good , the service excellent. We had a very nice dinner. Also, the cafeteria is very good.

The room could have been a bit more cleaner, but it was ok . There is not a good view around. It is a good option as a transit hotel .

Very pleasant

Once we had booked in everything was fine. Resturant menu was brilliant and cooked and presented well.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim. We were told we had made a double booking. Our records show my wife tried to book but had no confirmation back. Then next day she tried again and was successful and posted a note to the hotel that she had tried to book the previous day but had no confirmation back. So she emphasise that only one room was required!
