The buffet was wonderful and had a wonderful variety, every thing was delicious! Staff was mostly very kind and helpful.
the place was clean and felt very taken care of. great location by the sea.
Highly recommended for families!
Could add more vegetarian meals.
could add more towel hanger in the room
Room service was one time not available (but we ended up at the nearest pool restaurant so no big deal)

The staff was great and very friendly.
The beach, don't even bother getting in the water, it's dirty and full of algae.
The food, This week was the worst culinary experience I had in a while..
The hotel was very overcrowded, and the common area like the lobby and restaurant had no A/C.
The pools, the water was so murky and not clean.
Over all I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Food was excellent and staff very helpful
Lack of storage in room which was meant to accommodate up to three people you would have struggled but only the two of us so not so bad

Beds and pillows super comfy!
Food was excellent.
A la carte restaurants fully booked, was disappointing.
Sun loungers around the pools taken and staff weren’t taking towels away.
Staff had low level of enthusiasm, I gather they are not appreciated by the company, that’s very disappointing
5.0
Room and hotel, were very good, lower pool exceptionally good in its aspect, different areas and water quality and temperature
Need to get the catering sorted, whilst the facilities were well above expectation, this was sadly below, which was a real shame, but talking to staff before I left they are fully aware of it, they have only just ramped up the numbers and I suspect that it should be fully sorted by our next visit, with most of the issues resolved much quicker than that

Check in took 50 minutes during which time the sun set and we missed a swim. staff very unaware.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The service, food, amenities, views, and drinks, were beyond incredible. From the first step in the hotel you can feel the 5-star atmosphere. Had a wonderful mini break at this beautiful hotel.

the staff were really incredible. I’ve never been one to put weight on that kind of thing, but it really made a difference. they were so genuinely nice and proactive in their service.
the pool by the sea is lovely. the garden area as well. the padded chairs are great and the bar serves pretty much all the cocktails you could want.
the food was decent, with breakfast being the best of the three meals. there was good variety and it did not feel very repetitive after 4 days. we are really big foodies and I was worried about all inclusive. I’d say the food was ok, but I am the kind of person that would drive an hour to eat a specific dish at a specific place. I’d say most people would be very satisfied with the food.
the kids club was wonderful. the facilities weren’t as great as other all inclusive, but my kids had a really fun time. my son has Down syndrome and the staff welcomed him with open arms and treated him exactly the same as other children which is super rare in our experience. it made our holiday! our kids are ages 9, 7 and 4 and they liked the kids club a lot, though my 9 year old is almost too old for it.
the rooms are very well decorated and have nice finishes.
the only thing I’d say is that this is not a hotel for you if you have a serious food allergy or intolerance. i was served dairy after having informed reception I couldn’t have any, told all the different members of the service team I couldn’t have, checked the menu which identified the dish as dairy free, confirmed with staff it was dairy free. it was not dairy free as it was made with cream. there was another dish in the buffet the service person told me was dairy free but it did include dairy. items were not labelled correctly, staff didn’t know but informed me as if they did, and I was served dairy twice. so if you are allergic to any food, I’d probably not stay here or bring Epi pens.
the snacks weren’t great. only the gyros by the pool were passable. it would cost the hotel almost nothing to put out a freshly baked simple cake or some bread rolls with dips in the afternoon instead of those limp sandwiches and reheated pizza. the stuff between meals really wasn’t great.
we had a really difficult time with our booking. but that may have been booking.com’s issue. our reservation did not go through for the correct number of people and there was a big discrepancy on prices when adding the rest of our children to the booking. i found that to be stressful. we arrive at the hotel and couldn’t have interconnecting rooms even though I had called ahead to book those, but there wasn’t a note on our booking. the hotel accommodated us in a family room instead of two doubles in the end. check your reservation with the hotel before booking.

Incredible time from the moment we arrived. Staff could not have been more welcoming or friendly.
Rooms were extremely clean, well equipped and well maintained.
Great selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Had a lovely time at the spa.
Another fine dining restaurant option would be great.
Wasps and mosquitoes.

Breakfast was buffet style and there was something for all tastes. Loved the welcome and helpfulness of staff.
We loved everything about the resort - so much so we returned for our final 4 days when we were thinking we may go elsewhere.
3.5
Really nice hotel with good rooms, excellent staff and a great location. Lots of space, facilities and eating options. Drinks on the all inclusive package were good quality.
Plagued with mosquitos, Food at the greek taverna was passable at best. Asked for a late check out which for 6 hours would have been another 200 Euros. Room cost 240 Euros all inclusive so not a great deal!

Beautifully planted grounds. Well designed so that distances within the hotel remain reasonable.
Disastrous beach. No real beach at all, murky waters. We ended up renting a car all week to go to other beaches. Food was overall disappointing.

ease. everything was done with generosity. fab views from the beach facing bungalows. great service. glorious swimming. maybe the fact that it was near the end of the season with perfect weather and not too many guests.
the hot water took ages to run hot in the bungalow.
4.5
The staff can’t do enough for you. The are friendly, attentive and so helpful. The food is great. Lots of choice and all delicious. The two pools are great. Infinity pool has a very quiet grown up atmosphere. Lagoon pool os more relaxed with music and a few children. Anna in the bar down there is so friendly and makes a great mojito.
We were in a bungalow with sea view which was lovely. However the sound proofing between rooms was not great. Our room had an interconnecting door. Not sure if that was the problem but you could hear EVERYTHING from next door.

the facilities were great, lots of space both inside and out to accommodate all guests without it ever feeling full.
the beach area needs improvement- sand was more like soil and quite dirty to walk on. big issue that needs addressing fur safety reasons - the steps going into the sea - all were very slimy and the step in front of the outside beach bar was too low for some people to use it, so needs another higher step installed. we heard guests connecting on this non-stop during our stay and witnessed the difficulties both young (some with small infants) and elderly had getting in and out.
