Hotel bien ubicado, con habitaciones amplias y buena relación calidad-precio

Hotel bonito estéticamente tanto el exterior como el interior. Personal amable, sobretodo la chica que estuvo el 04/06 por la tarde en recepción. Comentamos que estábamos celebrando de años juntos, mi pareja y yo, y nada nos encontramos la cama decorada con pétalos. Agradecemos mucho la atención que han tenido.

Me hubiese gustado hacer uso del jacuzzi, pero llegamos tarde, era de noche y tardaba en encenderse. También nos hubiese gustado que el parking estuviese dentro del hotel, pero el trayecto al hotel desde el parking es bonito porque puedes disfrutar del paseo marítimo.

Très bon séjour. Rapport qualité prix impeccable

Hôtel bien situé. Très belle vue mer. Chambre spacieuse. Lit super king size. Baignoire balnéo. Super buffet de petit déjeuner. Chaine française sur la tv

La déco un peu classique a notre goût mais jolie. La qualité du papier toilette L'écran TV pourrait être plus grand vu la grandeur de la pièce.

know what room you are getting

good central location nice spa tub

have stayed here in the past and very much enjoyed the facilities. this time the room was smaller and in a noisy location. not sure if rooms booked via booking are the worst ones or what. hotel was lightly booked so there were certainty better rooms available

Personnel inexistant Pendant 3 jours tasses café pas lavées ou changées pas de réapprovisionnement en café et en eau… Par de bar, pas de room service Accès au SPA payant et sur rendez-vous 40€ l’heure par personne Aucune insonorisation avec l’extérieur, très bruyant nuit et jour… Aucun emplacement de parking devant l’hôtel

Chambre spacieuse et propre . Petit frigidaire efficace et baignoire balnéo efficace.

L'annonce faite et le prix de la chambre n'était pas du tout en adéquation avec ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Lit inconfortable, aucun pétales de fleurs comme sur l'annonce. Chambre très mal insonorisée, la vue sur la mer est indirecte et pas en première ligne. Pour le prix je ne le recommande vivement pas. De plus il a fallu ajouter 15€ pour avoir un très petit déjeuner servi en chambre.

Un buffet petit déjeuner parfait. Un emplacement privilégié. Un hôtel soigné. Un personnel charmant

Le descriptif booking pas tout à fait en rapport avec le matériel trouvé dans la chambre: pas de bouilloire, pas de lecteur blu-ray ni de led dans la baignoire. Chambre rénovée et insonorisée...en quoi l'insonorisation a t elle été refaite?

Etablissement à recommander

Le spa dans la chambre est exceptionnel. L'accueil du personnel très agréable. La décoration de la chambre est faite avec beaucoup de goût. L’Établissement est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Ne pas pouvoir utiliser le spa après notre restauration du soir car la limite d'heure est un peu trop tôt.

Un hôtel à la hauteur des ses 4 étoiles.

Le service est parfait ainsi que l'hôtel dans son intégralité. L'emplacement est très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et identique aux photos ! (Les pétales de roses en moins...🙂)

L'insonorisation des chambres est moyenne.

Grande baignoire à remous.

Nous avions 2 chambres, car nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes. C'est le seul hotel ou ils n'ont pas pu nous donner 2 chambres rapprochées, soit disant à cause des standing des chambres, chose qui n'avait pas d'importance pour nous. C'était le seul hotel dispo à cette période.

Proximal to the beach and plenty of fun activities. spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The A/C in our room was placed away from the bed such that it was a bit stuffy at night. A fan would’ve been perfect.

Very comfortable and clean, breakfast much appreciated for the price, we stayed 1 night it was really convenient.

The tap of the sink in our bathroom was a bit hard to close and open. Other than that no problems.

Very good!

Wondeful hotel! The location is very good with nice restaurants nearby! The staff was nice.

I don’t know it it’s because we weren’t fluent in spanish(speak english and french) but we would’ve like more recommendations about things to do near that region! But we ended up finding ourselves and the stay was wonderful!

A lovely Spanish style hotel close to the lovely seafront and parking although at the front was free and easy to get to

The drive to and from through the mountains is not for the inexperienced it’s a challenge especially for a Canadian driver

Good but overpriced hotel

Friendly and helpful staff , room size is good and great location in a quiet side street. Close to the beach and restaurants, bars, shops. Breakfast buffet is good. The town is relatively small and less touristy than neighbouring ones

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers and a lot of little things make the stay less pleasant. Pillows were hard like concrete blocks; ants in the room; room service could be more attentive; bathroom has no window and warm water was often cold, impossible to have a bath; overpriced parking given that there is a lot of free parking around.

Elegant hotel in a charming resort

A very pleasant four-day stay and would recommend Hotel Porto Cristo to anyone for a relaxing stay in El Port de la Selva. The front-desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was outstanding with its stylish decor, high ceiling and French windows. We loved the jacuzzi bath and the comfortable, adjustable bed. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice – from hot dishes to cold cuts and pastries. The weather was hot - up to 34°C - during our stay but the central airconditioning kept us cool, for which we were grateful.

A lack of soundproofing meant we clearly heard the conversations and other habits of guests in adjacent rooms. This disrupted our sleep on three of four nights, so may be something to consider if you are a light sleeper.
