Fijne plek. Ruime nette kamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker ontbijt. Fijne kleding wasservice!

No complaints about the property I liked it

Cute Riad in a great location in old Town. Spacious family rooms with large bathroom.
The light and noise from outside. The staff can be friendlier.

Great location 5-7 minute walk from the place the minibus dropped us and close to the ramparts, shops and restaurants. The Soikana suite was perfect with 2 rooms and shared bath. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not in their control but the room mainly had a view of the demolished building next door. One of the rooms had a bit of an ocean view.

A wonderful stylish Riad to stay in. In the old town. The suites are really spacious, and the rooftop terrace is really nice too. The decor is beautiful and the staff are really pleasant!

location fantastic, room large and bright, very friendly staff :)
* there was a smell of rot in our room, suggesting that there was no proper clean measures taken or bedsheets were not properly washed - our belongings smell after coming back from the trip
* breakfast service could have been better, there was only one lady in the kitchen and waiting for the food took ages

Rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and the location was great and close to everything. The water pressure in the showers was excellent too.
The staff was very helpful and gave us some really nice recommendations. We were 3 girls and were worried about safety but we found Essaouira and the area really safe, had no problems staying out until late as the hotel was very close to the trendy bars & terraces in town.
The breakfast was very good and nice to have on the terrace to chill before heading out to explore the city.

I stayed in the hotel, the room was on the 2nd floor, and there was no lift, however, the staff helped with the luggage. The room was quite nice and clean even provided a cot for the baby.
The breakfast can be better, and it would be nice if the hotel can provide a kettle in the room with a sachet of milk, tea, coffee, and some biscuits in the room. This is fairly standard and should be included in the room if they charge so much money.

The host took the time to introduce us to Essaouira. He gave us great recommendations, including a kayak trip and tips for haggling at the fish market.
We did not have air conditioning but we did not need it.

We loved everything about Riad Al Zahia. The location is amazing, the rooftop very relaxing with a great view and comfy nooks to hang out in(also where the delicious breakfast is served). The owner, Clemente, was very helpful with organizing our transportation up the coast and giving us tips for where to go. We would definitely stay here again.

The riad is situated very close to the square near the sea, and to the CTM station.
It is clean. Breakfast is very nice, moroccan style on the terrace. The room we got was big and very nice.
It doesn't have air conditioner, but a fan does the job. The WIFI not always works in the room

located in the old city and authentic traditional living.
because of the way all Riads are built, it can be dark inside.
the fish market is right there. better to buy fish from local fishermen and find a grill to cook it (all sadly way too cheap) than going to fish grilling tourist traps in the main square. Unfortunately the owner of the Riad recommended the tourist trap to us and apparently they take commissions.

lovely riad. We got a beautiful room on the third floor (we asked to switch floors and they agreed). The breakfast is less generous than elsewhere in Morocco, but lovely.
The riad is very close to a mosque that has the longest morning prayer at 5 am!!

great location, nice decor
strong musty smell, and so noisy! could not sleep: seagulls, cats, people talking in the street, toddlers running one floor above

The manager was extremly nice and helpful, he even offered to take our luggages upstairs by himself. He gave us restaurant recommandations and useful tourists sites to check out. Also, he offered us to leave our luggages at the reception after the checkout in case we wanted to roam the city. The room was spatious and surprisingly clean/pleasant. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy. I recommend this facilty fully.

Perfect location, bathroom.
No cards accepted. Breakfast was quite poor, but they made the effort to prepare it before the usual time so we were happy anyway.

The location was perfect, very central in the old centre. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help and advise. The breakfast was amazing on a beautiful sun roof looking over the city. I think the price was more than ok for all service we received. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, regardless travelling with a partner, friends or family.
The only point was that the Riad was noisy, during our stay there were 2 young families with a baby/toddler....so we heard every sound. I would recommend ear plugs.

Located in the medina which is really good. Staf was so kind that they have answered all our questions. Breakfast was really good. The room that we have stayed in was good enough.
Nothing to complain.
