I have asked the hotel receptionist whether I need to make a payment for my Car Park. He reassured me that I Do Not Need to make Any Payment. I have received a letter mentioning I need to pay 60 pounds for fine. I submitted my appeal letter but they rejected my appeal. Baltimore hotel should take responsibility for that and give me a refund for the fine.

One night will do you for the price.

Car parking was easy. Breakfast was passable and the staff courteous. Tbh for the price paid I really shouldn’t complain, but I will as wee things can be detrimental to someone else. I’ve lived in holes in forests and fields so I’m not really that bothered.

Room was very basic, tatty and grubby, there were still hairs in one of the beds from previous guests and the bath looked unclean, turned out just old and chipped. Think the room we were in was converted from something else and the beds sort of an add on. No side lights only main in our double/triple (not actually sure what it wanted to be) room, the 2nd room was fine but too small for huge bed in there. We were on front of property so very noisy from main road too

Location was good.

The toilet was leaking. Upon reporting this, we were told to put a towel down around it.

Probably was a nice hotel, once upon a time.

The Indian restaurant directly opposite was nice.

The whole place is run down and needs some attention. Toilet seat was hanging off in my bathroom, as was the toilet roll holder on the wall. Room was very small and just looked scruffy.

A well positioned hotel, short walk into town, certainly stay again.

I have stayed here before the rooms were dated but surprise there has been a great renovation, l had a lovely 3 days.

The in-house restaurant has closed you have to use restaurant across the road. The bar needs more attention and properly attended.

Room cleanliness, size of room, apart from the lady at breakfast, the other staff didn't clear tables or refill plates or food and drink

Welcoming staff but uncomfortable bed

The receptionist was lovely, allowing us to check in very early at no extra charge. Free on-site parking was also available. Location was great for Albert Park.

The bed was so uncomfortable and delved in the middle.

Arctic Monkeys gig

Staff were very nice, she offered to open bar early for us and do some food as we were an hour or so early.

Had a strange smell around corridors, but rooms were clean enough and beds were comfortable.

Concert 1 night stay

Location around a mile and abit walk into boro town centre and a mile to the stadium , nice breakfast and a bar avaliable with reasonable prices - over all clean property and good value for.money perfect for football or concert stay over very friendly staff

Bathroom has been renovted at some point but shower quite grotty

ROOM - LIQUID SPILLS STAINING WALLS. QUILT COVER HAD LARGE HOLE IN IT. TOILET SEAT BROKEN. BREAKFAST - POOR QUALITY OF FOOD, SAUSAGES NOT NICE TASTE, BACON DID NOT COME FROM A PIG, TOAST WAS REQUESTED 3 TIMES BUT NEVER ARRIVED, COFFEE SO THICK IT COULDN'T BE DRUNK.

Great location, not a great nights sleep.

friendly staff on the phone and in person. clean room and bathroom. good parking and location for the town centre.

no bath as described, very small room, curtain didn’t reach the side of the window which meant lots of light coming through on the morning. Weird banging sound that went on all through the night (like a washing machine was above our room). Very thin walls, could hear next doors conversation.

Superb

The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, the car park is large and free, the room was quite large, well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. There were cereal and croissant options, with fruit juice etc.
