Everything was ok but the smell in the room

Perfect for a driving holiday one night stop.

Very large room and surprising quiet with the windows closed even though it is at a service centre. Service centre eateries very handy and easy access to motorway to continue your travels. Also very affordable!

Bathroom is looking a bit tired but whole unit was very clean. You don’t get a mini-fridge/toaster/eating crockery etc but at the room rate you are paying I did not expect it.

Excellent value and a warm welcome

The staff are so welcoming, always ready for us, the rooms are warm and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee available

Friendly, helpful staff make your stay pleasant, rooms are very clean with crisp sheets,easy checkin

Crisp clean sheets, very comfortable bed, nice thick curtains, clean bathroom, nice mood lighting options, very helpful and friendly staff including domiciliary staff, easy close-by free parking, coffee (Costa or Starbucks not sure which) right outside, food outlets next door but expensive, quiet room despite being a motel, nice warm cosy room, ironing board and iron available and fan if it gets too hot, feels secure with CCTV.

Room was generally quiet but was near fire door in outside corridor which banged shut when new arrivals were going to their rooms through the night. Could do with a rubber strip or draft excluding sponge strip to dampen the door closing against the frame. Otherwise very peaceful and comfortable room and stay.

cheap motorway services hotel. You get what you pay for.

good value for money

paid extra for late check out (after working a night shift) but had staff repeatedly banging on the door from 11:00am saying I needed to leave. I spoke with the member of staff at reception explaining the situation and that I wasn't very impressed but can't say she was very apologetic.

spacious room . £41 for a night which was much less than others. location requires a car as it’s motorway services & ex travel lodge . night staff was fine Snd friendly .

Great stay for a low price

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and warm, with a lovely garden view

The sofa bed was a little shabby and needs changing - the stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for this. I couldn't bring myself to sit on it
