I have visited the property before and the apartment are nice for the price.
The staff are one of the worse staff I hade to experience with. I never meet the staff as me and my fiancé got to the apartment on the first day at 10:10pm and they said they can’t check us in as check in is only from 3pm - 10pm. I tied to tell them and ask they if they can let us in but they didn’t answer and they did not care we’re we going to stay for that night. luckily we hade family close by.
The next day we got to the location of the apartment at 9:10 pm as we had planes and wanted to enjoy the Bradford. I tried calling and texting them multiple times without any response, they were even hanging up on us. Then they told us that they have cancelled our booking as they did not hear from us even tho they told us a day before that the check-in is from 3 pm till 10 pm. They didn't even try to contact me about the cancellation. They left us outside where we were not familiar, without drink/food or any help to try and get us alternative accommodation. This was clearly one of the worse experiences with the staff.

It was lovely and clean. Bedding and towels smelled fresh. Quiet for a city apartment. Was close to train station. Overall, it was good value for money.
There were no sharp knives to cut food with, just basic cutlery and only 1 mug to drink tea.
WARNING - The hot water tap was extremely hot.

Kitchen and washroom are separate.
It's location is very good and you get a separate kitchen and a bath but no housekeeping was provided. Also bed is very small even for two people

it had a bed.
everything that was mentioned on the site, half of the facilities were missing , the owner was not communicating and was ignoring messages. the electric cooker wasn’t working. there was no toaster. water was burning hot, there was no staff members. no one answered any phone calls made to the apartment. ruined my stay.

Clean, comfy, cosey, great shower, close to town, really nice vibe, exactly what's needed, the studio itself was perfect!
So there are big building works right outside the window. My suggestion would be to get some big net curtains for female guests so builders can't see in and can still have the curtains open when working or having a home lunch or something and get changed or whatever, to still allow some daylight in, having to have them closed the whole time gets too much.

It was lovely inside and out, beautifully decorated and had a massive tv. Bed was very comfortable. The host was pleasant and friendly and if we had any concerns he was just a message away. We had pans, utensils, a kitchenette it was lovely.
The location was ok but very hard to find parking. I had to move my car every 2 hours and you have to park via the ring go app. The wifi was poor so tv kept buffering. Water can get very hot and there wasnt much cold water.

The only good thing was the apartment was spacious
Booked for 2 adults 1 child to then to be contacted whilst on our way to have to pay an extra £50 on arrival as the apartment only slept 2 people. The apartment was freezing, smelled of urine stains on the walls bedding and mattresses, litter in the hallway pots were filthy overall the worst place we have ever stayed hence we came home the morning after. Dont bother contacting to complain they are quick to take money but then dont want to know when you complain!

The staff the location. The staff at this Hotel are great, even when they can not resolve the problem they give you all the support to do so. They work especially hard to be of help. Led by Claire in reception dinning room and every other job, they are by far some of the best staff Premier Inn have. The location is great ideal to get around the City. The hotel could do with a little TLC overall an enjoyable experience.
The fact that I was charged 59 pounds for no show on the 29th. This must have been an online mistake but I recieved confirmation of the 30th but no email for 29th. Claire was a star and she give us all information to try and get it resolved. Guest relation closed on Saturday a little confusing in the Hotel business. The hotel needs a interior uplift. But once again Bradford Central must be one of the best experiences in Premier Inn because of your staff any problems soon go away.

Nothing, was supposed to stay 2 nights came home early the next morning
The whole place was discusting, there were 2 fridges one smelt awful the other full of water, no lights working falling apart, blinds didn't close, the whole place was awful sofa ripped chairs broken ,shower full of hair toilet dirty, no proper kitchen facilities not that I would of used anything in the place. The owner wanted us to go to his address 6 miles away to hand the keys back so we could get our £50 deposit back, he couldn't if cared less when I told him I was not happy I've contacted booking.com and the Ower for some sort of refund and got nowhere. There were children that seemed to like there smashing things up and picking registration plates off cars , music playing until 7.30 in the morning overall what a nightmare the place was nothing like the pictures 2 tvs because one was broken netflix on the TV someone had left on logged onto the owner said, floors walls everything filthy the hallway was smelly with no lights at all, don't waste your money!
