Lovely, polite and professional welcome. Very friendly staff. Accommodated an earlier check in. Hotel lovely and clean and modern. Room slightly small if you’re staying for more than a couple of days, but was perfect for us staying for a night. Great location within a few minutes walk of Euston station, and ideally placed for an event we were attending on Portland street. Very well priced for London and would return if visiting London again. Great experience!

Central location, newly refurbished rooms. Onsite restaurant. The tablet was a good idea, you could use as a remote and there was useful information eg room service, menu local attractions etc
The room was cold & you could feel the wind coming through the window. No double glazing so it was really noisy from the road traffic as a result I didn't get much sleep. The bed wasn't great, mattress didn't fit the frame properly which unfortunately I hit my leg on. Not much space to move around in the toilet/ shower area. Initially tv wasn't working but this was repaired within 30 mins. Staff didn't ask if you had a good stay when checking out, but as other customers were around, I didn't feel comfortable to express dissatisfaction and my lack of sleep due to noisy & cold room

Great location
The bed was awful! Just a flat sponge and the pillows were uncomfortable

Staff were very friendly and willing to help.
Shower was user friendly to operate.
There were tea/coffee making supplies
Room was clean
There was one lift which was 'hit & miss' e.g. once inside the lift you had to press the button two, maybe three times or even more to get the floor level to stay on and activate the lift to travel to the floor. The ground floor button to call lift was taped over by masking tape!
The standard room was small, basic (compared to a much larger standard room down the road at Premier Inn, Dukes Road for a less price).
There was a tv but no remote to operate it?
There was no chair, table, wardrobe because of the size of room. (standard room at Premier includes two chairs e.g. an easy chair and a desk chair, and a table, wardrobe etc).
The sink was a small, square hand wash size and you had hot water coming from the hot and cold water tap, unless you ran the cold tap for 5 mins. (At premier it is a full size wash basin)
The shower compartment was next to the bed (at Premier it is in a separate walled area)
Not a big choice on the menu e.g. one type of cuisine unknown to me, so went outside.
Floors not carpeted.
Air conditioning seemed to be set at one temperature; could not change it.
Sound of the external air conditioning system throughout the night. (The Premier was incredibly quiet at night considering its location on the Euston Road as well)
There were no 'extras' e.g. hairdryer, iron, blanket etc. (Those things a female partner might want to use)
Generally the standard room at this hotel might be good for someone (a single person) just passing through, stuck for somewhere to stay etc and maybe looking for one or two nights at the very most, but is definitely not a long stay vacation/holiday type hotel. The standard rooms I feel are really overpriced for what it is so will definitely be going back down the road to Premier again in the future.

Friendly staff, clean and great location
Everything could be heard between the room and hallways
3.8
Close to train Station and other attractions such as Camden, regent park and museum.

Cleaniness, but more importantly the Staff Members attitude towards us and our particular situation. Whatever we wished or asked for was remedied ASAP......
We had nothing to dislike. Everything was to our satisfaction

The location but it’s not worth the smell of sewage
IMPORTANT READ - An Unpleasant Experience at this hotel
I recently had an unfortunate stay at EUSTON SQUARE in London. From the moment I stepped into the room, an overpowering and unpleasant smell filled the air. It was extremely disconcerting to find out that even the staff were aware of the issue but failed to address it.
When I approached the front desk and requested another room, I was shocked to be told that it wasn't possible due to my selection of a no-window room. Despite explaining that I had chosen this option for different reasons and not the terrible odor, the staff seemed uncooperative.
The representative finally acknowledged the issue, yet getting a discount IS ONGOING & an uphill battle. It's disheartening to see that even after multiple reports from guests about the foul smell, the hotel has not taken any substantial action to rectify the problem.
In light of my unpleasant experience and the similar complaints from other guests, I felt compelled to report the matter to the health authorities. The lack of response and disregard for guest comfort and well-being is simply unacceptable and needs to be addressed urgently.
I hope my review and the collective feedback from other guests will prompt the hotel to take the necessary measures to improve their services and facilities. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are appropriately addressed

Very helpful staff; easy check-in; assistance with taking bags upstairs; good organization of space in the room.
The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to close. Would have like an extra towel.

Central location and very friendly staff, we arrived much earlier than check in time and the staff were able to arrange for our room to be ready. breakfast was included in the room rate and was lovely. the rooms are small but strangely felt bigger. would definitely stay here again
the lift was broken whilst we were there.

Very good location
Very noisy rooms, noise from outside and from other rooms.

Perfect location for all our needs while we were in London. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Location is great, very close to Euston and KX. The rooms are very small so I wouldn't recommend for longer than a couple of nights, but clean and newly refurbished
Fine for a night on business trip.

I liked polite service from the hotel staff. They were very frindly and open minded amd helped us a lot with our questions. I also liked the everymorning freshing up with new coffe and tee bags. The information office was 0-24 h working. Every morning we get clean towels.
Firstly, the curtain on the window isn't the right length. So if you want some privacy from the other people working in the neighbouring building, you wont get it ( there is a 15 cm gap fromtl the window edge ). Then you don't have a toilet brush ( didn't belived the comment pn reviews that said that ) !?! - the romans had them, so whats the problem ?
We had some weird cracking noise in our ventilation that keep us wake trought the night ( but eventually you use to it ).
And the last, and not the least, haha, the elevator. Trough our 5-day trip it was broken and we walked to the last floor on foot/ stairs.

I liked the interior and the location, bed was very comfortable as well
lift didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues could be a dealbreaker so probably worth phoning up to check, prior to arrival.

Decor in bedroom
Very small bathroom
3.8
very modern feel to the room, shower was amazing and bed really comfortable
the room was extremely small, for the price of £200 a night I expected the room to be a bit bigger.

Small but comfortable room, great shower, friendly staff.
Small bed, pricey for the size of the room.

The location was great. The room was nice and had everything I needed. The staff were nice and helpful.
The bathroom was lovely but there was a smell from the drains, I'd say. And as it was a windowless room, I couldn't do anything about it. I kept bathroom door shut so rest of room was ok. Also I could hear the sound of tube trains. It wasn't very loud and didn't bother me but might bother someone else. The hotel is near to the tube station and I was in a basement room, which probably explains both these issues.
