La ubicación es excelente. Volvería felíz si cambian el café.
Lo único y muy importante que le cambiaría es que tengan café de grano. El café instantáneo y más encima Nescafé es pésimo y hace mal a la salud.
El frigobar estaba vacío, lo mínimo que se espera es agua, nada más.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo y cómodo, con una excelente ubicación. El desayuno bueno y el personal muy amable.

El hotel es realmente bueno para el valor cancelado. La temperatura es adecuada, la cama es cómoda, la habitación es amplia y el desayuno es muy muy variado. Es un hotel acogedor y el personal es muy amable y empático.
La presión de la ducha no siempre funcionó de lo mejor. Mejoraría ese aspecto. También el café, pero eso es un detalle.

La ubicación, desayuno y atención del personal
Es un hotel muy viejo. A las habitaciones les falta iluminación, presión en el agua de ducha y WC, las sábanas se nota que son viejas y quedan pequeñas a la cama. Le falta una remodelación general.

Convenient location, with a variety of restaurants and a Metro station nearby. The bed was very comfortable as well.
Free breakfast was somewhat limited and the scrabled eggs were super runny each day.

We stayed for 3 nights and 2 of them they didn't have any hot water , they offered no solution just to wait , no compensation in fact the overcharged us by £40 . I recommend you don't stay here there are many other great hotels in the area. The day we checked out the road was blocked , not sure why. The staff member that checked us out didn't even say anything, so we had to carry all our luggage a few streets away to get an uber. When we checked out it seems that charged us in Chilean currency witch mean that you have to pay extra tax. It was clear that I was not local as they had my passport. They made a mistake that they will not rectify.
We booked his with bookings .com and they offered no help whatsoever they just stopped replying so would stay away from Booking .com also, they offer terrible customer service too and when they do reply they just waffle on about rubbish that isn't relevant.

Everything was good for a one night stay. Location, cleanliness, parking space, good price and good service makes this a good hotel. Also the breakfast was good and served in a very pleasant room with a patio garden.
No negative comments for this place. It covered all our needs for one night.

rate booked was switched to Chilean pesos at an exchange rate 20% above actual rate and then got switched back by my credit card at the actual exchange rate. they also added VAT which resulted in a rate 35% of what Booking.com showed
