Decepcionante experiencia en Rugendas

El restaurante

las camas pésimas, los baños incomodos y antiguos, el desagüe del agua del lavamanos no fluía, no hay enchufes en los veladores ni tampoco cercano, no hicieron el aseo y cuando pedimos las explicaciones solo nos dieron malas excusas.

Muito satisfeita!!!

Gostei muito da localização, pois é um local seguro e perto de pontos importantes de Santiago. O quarto é muito confortável, café da manhã super completo e os funcionários, muitoooo educados e prestativos!

Custo x Benefícios medianos

Restaurante com boas opções e comida gostosa ( porém ,bem caro).Bom café da manhã

Quartos precisando de reparos - cortina caiu quando chegamos, cofre não fechava , porta do banheiro agarrando ( quase ficamos presos ). Solicitamos reparos que foram atendidos - exceto cofre que só foi substituído no dia seguinte.

O hotel é muito bom. Quarto limpo, silencioso, cama muito confortável. Equipe de atendimento muito simpática. O hotel possui um restaurante excelente e com desconto para os hóspedes. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Boa Localizacao

Restaurante com boas opções , mas com valores elevados.

Quarto necessitando reparos - cortina caiu quando chegamos , cofre não fechava , porta do banheiro agarrando e as vezes , não abria ! Solicitamos reparos que foram atendidos parcialmente ( cofre foi trocado no dia seguinte ).

Me gusto mucho pero deben mejorar el aseo

Muy buena ubicación, lugar seguro y tranquilo, la cama muuy cómoda, el restaurante muy bello, personal de entrada muy profesionales, te dan tragos de cortesía y el desayuno bueno y completo

La habitación que nos toco tenía hongos en la ducha y el aseo del baño no estaba bien hecho. El asiento del wc tenía una linea a la que le pase papel higenico y salió amarillo, como si no hubiese sido aseado en días. No se si tuve mala suerte o en general el personal de aseo es así. De todos modos deben supervisar mejor aquello, es esencial que todo esté limpio.

Localização perfeita, fica entra às estações de metrô tobalaba e EL Golf. Tem um supermercado oxxo na rua e da pra fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente.

Hotel com uma ótima localização , silencioso , café da manhã variado e com muita qualidade

Café da manhã com muita variedade.

Hotel “ cobra “ 50 dólares pelo frigobar , e abate no consumo . Como aluguei dois quartos , a funcionária a funcionária não aceitou 100 dólares em espécie. No final , descobri que ela a funcionária poderia ter recebido sim em espécie , ela cobrou de um Quarto 50 dólares , que o hotel me devolveu em espécie ( meus filhos não consumiram nada do frigobar) já o meu frigobar , o hotel fez o estorno e me cobrou 11 dólares de consumo de água . Achei água bem cara , garrafa pequena 2.900 pesos chilenos , eu comprava 3 litros por 1.000 pesos no mercado Jumbo Costaneira Shopping . Foi meio confuso no checkout! Mas voltaria com certeza . Elevador super rápidos, funcionário da recepção me orientou a não pegar táxi , e sim Uber pelo próprio app que usamos não Brasil . Fomos furtados pelo taxista que pegamos no shopping Arauto, ele acendeu a luz azul e disse que a nota de 20 mil pesos eram de 2 mil pesos , e acabei dando outra nota de 20 mil e ele me deu o troco . Logo ele me levou 18 mil de cara , eles são muitos rápidos, motorista não parou no ponto e ficava ameaçando arrancar o carro , sim me cobram uma corrida superfaturada . Corrida era para dar 5 mil pesos e me cobraram 14.900 mil pesos .

Ótima relação custo-benefício seja pelas acomodações e café da manhã, como também pela localização.

Café da manhã simples mas com boa qualidade. Se você precisar de algo que não esteja lá no buffet, eles providenciam numa boa se não precisar de preparo (como ovos mexidos ou outra proteína, por exemplo).

Cómodo, buena ubicación y buena comida en el restaurante

Hay una puerta del personal de la cocina que está a lado de un ascensor, una persona salió de la cocina y golpeó con la puerta a mi esposa que estaba esperando el ascensor. Deben tener mucho más cuidado.

Excelente servicio

Todo muy lindo, limpio, olía bien, el personal muy amable, la habitación espaciosa, con excelente calefacción. El desayuno exquisito.

Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento no está ahí mismo, está como a dos cuadras.

Superb

The water pressure in the shower was not good and it took 15 minutes to have hot water - it goes against the water protection sign for the washing of towels and sheets .

The bed moves during the night and the pillows end all on the floor. There were no enough electrical outlets in the working area.

Good sized room with everything I needed. Staff were very helpful. Huge spread for breakfast which was fantastic to have included!

My room was overlooking the restaurant terrace, so there was a bit of noise in the evenings but it never went past 11pm.

Excellent at all asoects

excellent place and attentive staff, I arrived early morning 7.00am (night flight from Bogotá), reception staff did all to make me feel welcomed at home, despite check up at 15:00h

Couriuos way to estimate the "exchange rate". I booked a reservation by 76.000 clp aprox via booking and due to their own convertion exchange rate I had to pay 97.000 clp ....almost 30%+ ...

Spacious room so that it was possible to do Yoga, view onto the football field and the flexibility of the staff

I would have loved to have a possibility to make myself a tea or coffee in the room before going to the breakfast.
