The property is conveniently close to the cruise ship port and also the central town square.
The rooms need to be updated with modern furnishings and amenities, as most things in the room are old.
4.3
Ottima posizione e personale molto cortese.
Camera ampia e confortevole
Un po’ di manutenzione sarebbe necessaria
4.3
Convenient to cruise ship one block away. Short 10 min walk to plaza and restaurants. Easy hike to other history places. Friendly helpful staff.
Small but cozy

Excellent location; very nice and helpful staff; room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, the perfect place for my short break stay.

The residence is perfectly situated in a calm street but very close to the lively centre of the town. Nice restaurants and coffee shops around. The apartment is very comfortable and is highly appropriate for a longer stay in the city. Parking with car was easily solvable.
It is a bit expensive, but I would not say that the price is overrated. Perhaps this is an entirely normal price in the city, I haven't searched too long.
4.3
Good location near the pedestrian streets, restaurants and the waterfront.
The front desk man is a complete jerk. He was rude to my wife on check in and acted as if every question was an inconvenience. When we left he was a complete jerk. He claimed he didn’t collect payment and made a series of harassing phone calls and insisted I read him the card immediately. It sounded like a scam as this is the way people steal Credit Card Information. He called and left threatening Voice Mail messages. He ten just reported us as no shows. He finally
Collected payment. However he had just done his job in the first place, none of this would be necessary. As long as this guy works here. I would recommend all tourists avoid this place.

Location was excellent and room size very large. Friendly staff and elevator to rooms. Attached kitchen is a nice facility but unfortunately we only were booked for one night, so didn’t take advantage of it. Close location to excellent restaurants, shopping and the pier.
We didn’t stay long enough!
4.3
Large, spacious room with a kitchen and balcony, very close to the port and good restaurants. Good value.
4.3
The room is very big, has one additional bed and a small kitchen.
The room is also very quiet.
The aircon cannot be used in the end of May.. It is a bit hot in the room.
The staff will call you if you still have not checked out at 10am. Even though it is supposed to be at 10:30am.

the room was so spacious and reminded me that i was in Italy, other hotels they all look the same
nothing

very central location, walk distance to everywhere. very quiet which is something I really appreciate. facilities can be a bit old, but everything works fine.
furnitures can be a bit old, but everything works fine.
4.3
confident location, easy to get a taxi, comfy beds
noise was an issue. some of our clean towels had stains on them. one evening when we returned, after cleaners had been in, our bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke.
4.3
Spacious, clean, quiet and great position.
An extra blanket and pillow. Paper towel for the kitchen.

conveniently located near the piazza de unita.
parking lot was full and had to park far away. lots of stairs when entering before you get to the elevator. kitchenette was tiny. decor was a bit dated. bathroom shower was very small.

in the very centre and close by to all attractions! cozy, typical Italian place, but more like a hostel. the room was old fashion but very comfy. the little kitchen had even a package of very good coffee so we could have a quick breakfast in the morning. we stayed one night and it was perfect
you have to be lucky with the parking in the street and prepared to pay for it. however, there’s a parking lot nearby that might be cheaper for a longer stay

Friendly staff and great location
It was too cold!

Great location to sights, cafes, restaurants, markets, shopping. We had a big clean studio on the 5th floor. Kitchenette and bathroom facilities all worked. Quiet at night. We found street parking (metered) in front of the hotel. It’s a bit dated but a good value.
The hallway upstairs could be better lit but this is minor.
4.3
Fresh coffee available to use in the room was a nice touch.
Room was spacious and the location was good.
Polite front desk staff.
Water pressure on the 9th floor wasn’t the best.

Despite the negatives below, once in the accommodation, the experience was generally positive. The apartment was very spacious and clean, we had a nice balcony, the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The aparthotel also provided a coffee making kit and a few other nice extras.
Location was excellent for getting in and about Trieste, and even during the prime festivities of the regatta we weren't overly affected by noise.
This was a strange stay for us as the property cancelled on us the day prior to our stay, only to reinstate us in another room later that day. This caused a lot of stress in the middle of our holiday. Maybe coincidence, maybe not, but this was also during Trieste's busiest period (Barcolana Regatta), so perhaps it was an attempt to get more for the room than we paid, or perhaps we it was just a coincidence. Either way, we will never know - but it wasn't pleasant.
As for the room, it is generally good, but a little run down, most of the hangers for clothes were broken, random holes in the bathroom wall etc. Nothing too problematic though.
The air conditioning was the biggest in room issue, as it was switched off despite it still being hot outside. The remote didn't work at all and we had no control over the temperature. You can ask at reception to turn it on, but that still doesn't give you any temperature control, and you have to wait til morning when reception opens again to turn it back off. It feels like they are trying to save money but instead, they actually end up having the opposite effect, whilst simultaneously cooking/freezing guests.
So if you think you'll need air conditioning, stay elsewhere.

Loved everything. Just misses a safe.
4.3
the location near to the main piazza
although it had air conditioning it had been turned off centrally and so were not able to use it. every time we opened the window our room filled up with cigarette smoke
4.3
location.. that’s it
room was spacious but smelled old, wifi signal was very weak, only worked in one area of the room, not too friendly staff, room was not serviced during our stay
4.3
Perfect location, big and spaceous kitchen. Helpfull stuff
We chose this hotel because of parking availibility. We received information from hotel that they have some parking slots for guests but they cant guarantee us availibility. Eventually we had a choice to pay on the street which was pretty crowded or to park a car somewhere outside paid zone which we did.

No breakfast included.

Nice location, friendly staff.
A bit expensive, but it was a smooth stay

No corkscrew what surprising No bedside table for third bed. Settee and armchair uncomfortable. Beds very basic. The whole place had a rather downtrodden feel to it.
