Location, Staff, View about Piazza della Borsa. Everything is very close to visit. Good buffet called "Home" on the corner. Jazz Festival. Pep's fish house restaurant 2 minutes to walk. Almost everything

Illy coffea is not my coup of "coffea". There was no fridge in the room

Modern clean new hotel, well located, view on a piazza

Very friendly, helpful, calm lady at the reception. Dogfriendly! Small hotel with (as the name tells) 9 rooms, beautiful building. Extremely good location, we could walk to the main sights. In a pedestrian zone. No disturbing noise during the night. Free drinking water on each floor, which is an excellent idea, especially when ithe temperature is 35C outside! We appreciated the air conditioning and the modern clean room. View on the piazza della borsa. A nice restaurant « Bar Buffet Borsa » is located across the street. We ate breakfast at « The taste of home » right next to the hotel, hotel guests get a discount there. Really amazing pancakes, bagels, galettes, coffee specialties, smoothies. Parking house not far away. We definitely recommend this hotel!

I don’t like dark rooms, that’s why I hesitated before booking our stay. But as the hotel seemed really well located, I chose it anyway. I must say the darkness didn’t disturb me as much as it did on the pictures.

Enjoyed our time in Trieste. Overall, our accomodation was comfortable, clean and well located. Would recommend this hot

our host was lovely and very helpful. Rooms were modern and comfortable

No extra pillow available is very unusual Would be helpful to invest in some extras. Many people use 2 pillows to sleep. Also would be appropriate to have a few umbrellas at the door for guests to use during unexpected downpour. These are both things that are commonly available at most hotels.

Clean, spacious, great location (10 minute walk from the train station) very safe and great value for money.

Water fountains to fill your water bottles for the day. Nice coffee machine in the room. Great location just off the main square adjacent to loads of bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms very clean.

Sound insulation was an issue, the outside noise was very noticeable. It you are a light sleeper be aware of this or bring ear plugs.

Exceptional

Overall the hotel is in a very nice location, with restaurants, bars, cafes right around the corner. The main attractions of the city are also easily reachable by foot. In addition, the hotel rooms are very clean and nicely furnished.

Quiet. Clean. Modern. Roomy. Great location.

This location is adjacent to the main large piazza of Trieste. Our room was on a higher floor overlooking a busy intersection and a large piazza. With the windows open, the room was very noisy... but when the windows were closed, the room was silent. Excellent soundproofing! The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had our choice of using foam or down pillows. Sleeping was easy. The bathroom was big and modern with an outstanding shower. The location is wonderful, right where you want to be in Trieste... short walks to the harbor, the huge main piazza and other points of interest. Cafes, restaurants and shops begin right outside of your door.

No negative issues for us.

Friendly Giulia and more briefly, Lexis / Lexia(?), were very helpful and obliging. It was good to be given some local knowledge for sightseeing and how best to get around on public transport.

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been good, so too a small bar-fridgeinstead ofthr tiny wine cooler.

wonderful stay in a beautiful city! we highly recommend!

the property was very centrally located, the staff person, Guilin, was kind, friendly and helpful!

parking was a challenge but that’s true in all the city center.

Great location in center of town and next door to cafe and lots of restaurants but not noisy in upper floors. Clean room, nice bathroom and excellent shower, comfy bed. The receptionist was very helpful. Would stay again.
