A fost bine.

Camera curata, temperatura placut, asternuturi curate, pat comod, perne comode, televizor suficient de mare, un plus televizorul avea si ambilight, curat in baie.

Room in basement

Breakfast and clean towels and bed linen.

The room was situated in the basement and there were no information about it during booking process. It was humid, dark and loud. The windows were covered and faced to the pavement on busy street. Inadequate price.

Friendly staff, great location but not the best beds

Friendly staff, really clean and great location. You are able to leave and enter whenever you please

The beds are not the most comfortable and is a fairly basic room for the price, for instance we stayed at another hotel in cluj that was half the price and what we got for the extra money was not worth it

Great location for visiting the city centre

It is centrally located, we’ve been there for Untpld and it’s close to the park. The self check in was awesome and the breaksadt salon near the room with free tea, coffee and water.

The room we had was actually in the basement with small windows at the street level and therefore little natural light inside.

Comfortable and luxurious room near city centre

Great spacious and luxurious room; I asked for one facing the courtyard since I knew the streetside can be noisy due to ambulances passing by frequently to the hospital across the road. It wasn't 100% quiet but definitely acceptable (did use earplugs at night though). The guy at reception was really kind and let me store my luggage for a few hours, and let me sit in the breakfast room for as long as I wanted despite not taking breakfast there (I had a lot of time to kill that day and I was very tired).

The room was really hot when I entered but that was easily resolved. Also the shower, although good, spilled over the edges of the basin so the floor got rather wet.

Nice for the Price

Nice building in good area close to the old town. Very easy connection with the hotel, very good instructions.

The pillows were really bad, the large shower had did not work and we had a window facing the terrace so we couldn't open the window as cigarette smoke came in.

Superb

Nice villa, close enough to the city center so we could walk, nice rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, with enough choices. We had to choose in advance what we want to eat and at what time, in the morning the breakfast was served as expected. Coffee available in the breakfast room at any time.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. During the night we could hear the noise from the street.

some of the coat hangers were broken, but we got replacements we had to preorder breakfast for an exact hour

overall it was very good stay

nice location, in the center, at the nice street with interesting villas located there, friendly And helpful staff, the interiors of the building are tastefully decorated, the room and bathroom were clean

a fridge in the room would be great (perhaps it is in some rooms), if your room faces the street it may be a bit noisy at in the evening and at night (the windows are not much soundproof and the locals seem to fancy driving with loud music on :)).

Superb

The rooms are pretty. The location is nice - close to the botanical garden and an easy walk to downtown.

The bathroom needs some work - the shower stall was leaking and the towel racks were falling off the wall.

I definitely recommend this stay and would come back

Everything looks and feels amazing. The room was so beautiful and clean, location is close to the center. Even though it's close to the hospital, the location is pretty quiet and I had a parking lot free out of the 3 parking lots they have. The contactless check-in and check-out was really nice and you can also find someone at the reception in the morning.

Exceptional

The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice (left my luggage at the location before checking in and also after checking out). The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is pretty central. Enjoyed the breakfast. The price for the accomodation was decent for what I got.

Beautiful hotel and pleasant stay but very bad isolation

The cleanliness was excellent. The bed was very very comfy, for a 3 star hotel it's unexpected and very nice. The breakfast had a lot a various choices, no home made but was good. The size of the room was okay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answer to questions very quickly. The localisation is very good, right in the city center. The design of the room is incredible, modern, sober and class. The state of the room was in good shape.

The breakfast has a large variety of choice BUT I didn't appreciate that there was no juice available at all, no hot milk, no hot chocolate. Also, I had to go down the stairs to take them and when we are in a hotel, it is nice to have someone bringing it to you. TERRIBLE Isolation. I could hear the alarm of the person at the end of the corridor. The birds and the cars woke me up the whole night. The air conditioning was right in front of my bed... I almost caught a cold but if I turned it off, I was sweating. It's a shape that no pen was at disposition in the rooms and also no safe boxe which I think is really important.
