Wonderful short stay during my flat renovation!

Modern design. Good location. Spacious & quiet room. Comfy bed. Strong shower. Food good in Chinese restaurant.

A lot of broken items that ruined the stay

Central

Hot water tank was broken. The staff took an hour to fix it (obviously wasted our time and impacted our experience)! Air conditioning was broken. Never got fixed. Super cold in the night. Would never ever try this hotel again. Ruined my experience in Causeway Bay.

Great hotel at Causeway Bay area - competitive price and can accommodate a family of 4.

Location is great - food and shops at Causeway Bay are just steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good at a reasonable price.

There is a sliding door blocking the glass of the shower stall from the room. The sliding door can technically be open by someone in the room while someone is inside the bathroom/shower stall - it feels a bit odd.

Short walk to MTR and Times Square or Sogo. Plenty of amenities nearby for families with children.

The mattress is so comfy! I love the bed. The size is enough for 3 people. The staff are helpful. Love the view from the window. The location is very convenient. Overall, good experience~I hope stay here next time.

Location and cleanliness

The fan in the room ( not the air conditioner) was so loud. The plug of the bath tab was barely working. Sometimes the staff didn’t open the heavy front door for me even if they were standing close by.

Stay would have been better if not for the slight hiccup with front desk.

Location is great, very convenient, close to eateries and shopping areas. Room is clean and comfortable. Concierge is very courteous and helpful (especially Derek and Alan).

A few (2) of the front desk staff are not so helpful, not compassionate at all. Arrangement agreed by reservation team is not agreed by front desk.

Brilliant well-located base for exploring Hong Kong

Very comfortable and the staff kindly found me a new room when I asked for a better view.

Very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Location, swimming pool and rooftop bar. Friendly staff and very clean.

We couldn’t get the air-conditioning to adjust in our room and when our lost luggage arrived we weren’t told until much later that day.

Overall, good stay.

The location is excellent. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Overall the response and service of the hotel staffs are very good.

The room was not clean thoroughly when we arrived. The wardrobe is very dusty. The carpet in the room was stained and it was not clean properly.
