Klein aber fein - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft einem bei Problemen. Grundlegend sind die Zimmer aber ausreichend, jedoch braucht man keinen Luxus erwarten. Schlafen tut es soch dennoch gut und wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, dann ist es für die Nacht vollkommen ausreichend und ziemlich gut in der Nähe einer MTR-Station gelegen.

Es wurde mit einem Gym geworben, aber das Gym besteht hier nur aus zwei Laufbändern und einem Ergometer. Das Frühstück ist in einem Restaurant auf ein kleineres Menü mit einer Auswahl von vier Gerichten beschränkt (wer hier was ordentlich braucht, sollte auswärts essen).

Another stay over in Hong Kong

Excellent location for my business trip stay in HK. Simple setup with no big expectation. The price from booking.com is 30% higher than my boss who booked via trip.com. The taps are not working well in bathroom.

The tap & basin in bathroom is not well designed and not functional well.

Excellent location and staff (especially Vivian) but more comfortable bedding needed

Dear Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay, All the staff are excellent from the Concierge to the reception staff to the cleaners who always greet us when they see us guests. Everyone is well trained. The concierge helped us book a Jumbo taxi as we were a large party and had a lot of luggage. He had us wait inside the lobby whilst it was raining outside, very thoughtful. Also special thanks to Vivian Chan from the front desk who went above and beyond always. We rebooked this hotel because of Ms. Vivian Chan. My elderly mother who was travelling alone two years ago stayed here and Ms. Chan went above and beyond helping her with her HK Sim card set up, getting her the correct phone numbers for places she wished to visit and really looked after her. Because of this experience two years ago, on this family trip booking 3 rooms, we chose your hotel again. Thank you for looking after us. The convenience to everything in Causeway Bay is ideal. Can't ask for a better location for great food, great shopping. Close to trams, buses and MTR (subway).

The only things I can say that is: 1) The beds are rather firm (too hard), actually I had a back ache for my entire 10 day visit. Lucky I can go to massage a couple of times for relief. The pillows are too soft, because they are rather slim down pillows, once you put your head down, they also lie flat underneath your head. I used my travel pillow to sleep on. 2) The restaurant breakfast. Unfortunately with the limited menu and catering to tastes not to my own preference, the breakfast is not great. However, since we are close to many restaurants, we easily went elsewhere for breakfast.

Loved the locating & service but the shower was clogged :(

Location was excellent ! Breakfast , I didn't eat. Saved my tummy for noodles around the corner. Loved the Starbucks coupon that they offered last.

Food ... a simple fry noodles or toast & eggs would have been nice.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel bien situé et pratique

Emplacement vraiment top, que ce soit pour les transports en commun (métro, bus,tram : nous avons pu rallier très facilement de nombreux sites touristiques), le shopping (HK en général plein de galeries et de rues commerçantes), et toutes les commodités alentours. Personnel très agréable et serviable. L’espace “laundry” est très pratique, nous sommes restés plus d’une semaine en transit entre 2 destinations très éloignées et c’est très appréciable de pouvoir gérer son linge facilement. Il y a une toute petite salle de sport (2 tapis roulants et 1 vélo) qui a le mérite d’exister.

Si vous êtes habitués à de grands buffets continentaux pour le petit déjeuner vous serez déçus. L’offre comprend 4 menus fixes servis à table, assez simples mais qui sont quand même bons sans être exceptionnels.

Great value for money

Perfect location to stay for exploring the Hong Kong island. The staff is super helpful, especially Jenny Lam who quickly resolved our phone charging issue.

Muy bien ubicado, en el corazón de la isla y cercano a estación de metro. Se puede caminar gran parte de la ciudad y llegar al cerro Victoria.

The hotel does not meet the price you gave. A complete disappointment.

The only good thing was that it was close to the Hong Kong exhibition centre.

We went to the hotel to visit the fair. When we bought the room, we asked for 2 separate single beds. However, when we went there, they gave us a single double bed. They gave a duvet to a seat on the side and said 1 person could sleep there, but it was very hard there. It wasn't like going to bed. The room was incredibly narrow for 2 people. Likewise, the bathroom and toilet were narrow.

Great room space for HK and decently valued.

The location is very strategic as it is near Time Square and the Train Station. It is my first time staying in this area and I found it interesting as there are local wet markets in near the property. The breakfast was okay wasn't expecting much but it was hearty enough to fill the tummy. The room was larger than expected and larger compared to my other previous hotel experiences in Hong Kong. The room is equipped with all the basic needs and it has USB Plugs which made it easy to charge devices. I loved the combination of pillows that it provided.

Excellent location

Location was perfect. We loved that is close to the MTR and all the shopping centres in the Causeway Bay Area. Room was big for Hong Kong standards. Staff were friendly. They came to clean every day.

Breakfast is terrible. We stayed for 6 nights and the last 2 days we didn’t even bother to go, we went to the cafe downstairs that is cheap and good quality.

Worth it!

Location was great. Walking distance to the MTR. Breakfast selection was limited but good enough for the price. Room was small for 2, but good thing we were transferred to a relatively bigger room due to some concerns. Rooms are cleaned everyday so it's well maintained.

Персонал на ресепшене всегда был готов помочь, что в принципе нормально) уборка в номере была очень хорошая!

Завтрак был ужасный. Каждый день одно и тоже и невкусное. Выбрать можно из 4 вариантов, но первые два даже китайцы едят туго. В номере когда мы зашли пахло сигаретами. Оказывается в номере можно курить, но окно открывать нельзя. Зато больше нигде курить нельзя)

Rooms are very old dated, our carpet had a permanent wet spot the whole duration of our stay which i think are due to the piping's... room just didn't feel clean... breakfast is also very limited where they should return the buffet breakfast.
