Excellent rapport qualité / prix !

Petites chambres claires et bien rénovées dans un hôtel historique, très bien situé, avec parking. Le jeune homme à l’accueil est sympathique et nous a recommandé de très bons restaurants pour dîner.

Excellent séjour

Personnel attentionné, très sympathique et très professionnel . C est très agréable Petit déjeuner beaucoup de produits maison !! Et de qualité ce qui ne gâche rien . L'hôtel est bien placé, en plein centre d'Angers

La moquette de la chambre n'était pas très propre. La nuit il y avait du bruit, un bruit technique et sourd gênant pour dormir, car intermittent. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur du prix. Il est vrai que nous n'étions pas en début de service, mais on aurait pu s'attendre à ce que le personnel sollicité réapprovisionne un peu le buffet.

Perfect location for exploring Angers.

A very helpful greeting when we arrived to help us with car parking. Good advice on where to eat locally as the hotel restaurant was fully booked. We asked for a quiet room and we got one - no disturbance from street, lifts, other guests.

The bedroom aircon came on and off all night long - woke me up several times. Breakfast was limited in choice with very little cooked food - and what was there was not appetising.

The room and en-suite were decorated very tastefully to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming of our dog. The hotel has many original Belle Epoque features. We would like to stay there again. Breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like was machine made coffee for breakfast.

Angers is a very nice town. Hotel D’Anjou made our stay there very comfortable.

Nice boutique style hotel in Angers. Had a lift, but could easily use stairs. Rooms were small, but nicely decorated with newer bathrooms. Good centra location for walking to anywhere we needed to go. Very nice restaurant in the same building, although we did not have a chance to try it.

Heat was not working, so they just gave us a personal heater, which was fine, but surprised they did not attempt to fix it.

I star bedroom in a four star hotel

the restaurant was very good. we had an excellent dinner

the room would have trouble meeting 1star standard. We were told it was “a new room” but it was obvious it was not ready for use

The hotel was okay. Good location, but understaffed and not firing on all cyclinders.

Good location in city centre.

Diffiulty in parking, as hard to find entrance to parking. We were not advised in advance that there was a headroom restriction and had to empty and remove the roofbox from our car. It was hard to get access to the parking because the intercom was not being monitored. Entrance to parking was some way from the hotel entrance. The restaurant was unavailable for dinner due to refurbishments being done, so we ate out instead. No real hardship as plenty to choose from in the neighbourhood.
