Teuer - Zentrale Lage

Mitarbeiter am Empfang bemüht, freundlich und beim Early-Check-In erfolgreich. Zentrale Lage sehr angenehm.

Zimmer 221: Frühstück überteuert, somit nicht genutzt. Kosten von 60,-- € für Early-Check-In nicht angemessen. Reinigung im Preis nur alle 8 Tage eingschlossen. Ansonsten als Sonderleitung buchbar. Für ein Aparhotel nicht akzeptabel. Geschirr in der Küche teilweise unzulänglich gesäubert.

בסה"כ היה מעולה ואולי בעתיד נחזור שוב. תודה רבה לצוות אשר היה אדיב ושירותי.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מגוונת ועשירה. מיקום המלון היה מצוין מבחינתנו. היה כקילומטר מהעיר העתיקה ומקומות הבילוי והיה קרוב לרובע היהודי גם כקילומטר, למי שמחפש מסעדות כשרות.

היינו בשהייה של 8 ימים ואין שירותי ניקיון ללא תשלום רק מהלילה השמיני. היה מאוד עוזר אם היה לפחות פינוי פח אשפה בעיקר בשירותים . פחות הפריע שאין החלפת מצעים ומגבות, עם זה הסתדרנו.

Spacious room in great location

Lovely spacious airy room with lovely view over the water and city. Great location within walking distance from many places. V handy for public transport. Billa supermarket 5 mins away. Free luggage storage but no tags put on the cases and no receipt given. Extra equipment could be borrowed such as juicer and slow cooker.

Tv... No English channels. V expensive to use laundry facilities. Breakfast was available but seemed expensive for what was on offer. As above, no proof of luggage left so could have been given to someone else.

OK experience but over the last 2 years, not the best.

Suzanne - breakfast was great. Very cheerful, welcoming - a real asset. Rooms are functional Reception staff are great - professional and helpful. Give a great impression on arrival

I have stayed a number of times with work and feels like an anti-loyalty. Each time the room is smaller with a worse location in the building Was there for 8 days and room not serviced once.

Goede plek voor een paar dagen.

De locatie, op loopafstand van de oude binnenstad. Supermarkt, metro en tram vlakbij.

De ruimte in de kamer was krap. De matrassen waren niet heel prettig. Er was maar 1 stoel waardoor je niet beiden lekker kon zitten in je eigen kamer. Om lekker te zitten moest je naar de lobby.

Aparthotel com um astral e um atendimento perfeito numa cidade que eu adoro.

Aparthotel bem locallizado, sendo possível ir a pé para o centro e também com fácil acesso a transporte público, que em Viena é perfeito. Tem uma recepção pequena, geralmente com um funcionário, mas o atendimento exemplar de todos que nos atenderam. Funciona como aparthotel, sem limpeza diária, mas se precisar de complemento de alguma comodidade do quarto pode pedir na recepção.

Lugar perfecto para conocer Viena

A 3 paradas en tranvía del centro, se podía ir dando un paseo. Zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios. El apartahotel con servicio 24 horas. Un lugar perfecto para conocer la ciudad.

Alguna cosita no funcionaba bien, pero lo resolvieron en cuanto pasamos la incidencia.

Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. 7 min vom Schwedenplatz und 7 min von Wien Mitte und CAT (zu Fuß). Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Großer LCD TV und Kitchen eck mit Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Herd- Sehr guter Service!

Der Verkehr auf den Straßen hat man auch noch weiter oben gehört, ist aber so in der Stadt, Insbesondere die Straßenbahnen, Der Lüfter im Bad war immer an, was etwas gestört hat, Die Fenster im Dachgeschoss sind recht klein. Vielleicht doch etwas teuer.

Esta muy bien situado. El tranvía del centro y alrededores para en la puerta del hotel. Las habitaciones son chicas pero cómodas. Los baños excelentes. Se puede ir al centro historico caminando. Excelente ubicación para acceder a las atracciones principales. Las comodidafes del apart perfectas. Hasta lavavajillas. La atención muy buena. Siempre dispuestos a hacerte una estadía agradable. Lo recomiendo pues la relación precio calidad es óptima.

Perfekt gelegenes und unkompliziertes Hotel

Das Aparthotel liegt sehr praktisch am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien sind in Gehdistanz (U1, U3, U4). Wir hatten ein sehr bequemes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die kleine Küchenecke ist praktisch, wenn man sich mal einen Tee kochen möchte.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf die stark befahrene Straße. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, aber ein Zimmer in den Innenhof wäre ruhiger gewesen. Im Badezimmer hat sich nach 2 Tagen die Lüftung eingeschaltet und lief dann die ganze Zeit - auch etwas laut und lästig.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel....

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Lage ist gut, Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ideal. Aber...

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft um ein Deposit von 50€ in Bar gebeten. Leider haben wir uns diese etwas unübliche Vorgehensweise nicht quittieren lassen. Bis heute, rund 2 Monate später, zieht sich eine ermüdende Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hin. Mehrmals wurde sich entschuldigt und ein umgehende Rückerstattung zugesichert. Passiert ist bis heute gar nichts.

Viiniä jaelämyksiä Wienissä

Aamiainen oli mainio, maittava ja sisälsi kaikki perusjutut, joita hotellivierailijat tavanomaisesti odottavat, mutta 18€ aika korkea hinnaltaan. Henkilökunta ammattitaitoinen ja hymyilevä. Hotellin sijainti on loistava ja julkinen liikenne helppokäyttöinen sekä mutkattomasti toimiva. Suomalaisena ilahdutti erityisesti Kone Oyj:n hissit ja SAUNA, jota tosin ei nyt ehditty testata.

Henkilökunta olisi ehkä voinut mainostaa ja tiedottaa esim. saunasta ja kuntosalin käytöstä hieman myös oma-aloitteisesti, mutta olisivat varmasti kysyttäessä opastaneet. Kaikki meni kuitenkin kokonaisuutena hyvin. :)

The position of the hotel is excellent because you can easily reach the centre of the city by a 10 minutes walk. the staff at the reception was very helpful and the room that they gave us was spacious and super clean.

Great city break

The location was ideal , within walking distance of the main attractions , quite quiet. The room was well equipped which helped to keep the cost down. There was a fabulous shop close by which had everything that you could need.

Being an inside room there was no view & it felt a bit claustrophobic as it wasn't possible to open the window. The end panelof the shower cubicle is a bit of a danger hazard - it's so clean that you cannot see it & could easily bump into it.

Travellers beware

Staff were very attentative,location was pretty good.

I don't think it was as clean as it should have been,however,that is not the worst of it-the bottom sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off revealing a tired old/flat and somewhat grotty mattess-unacceptable. Parking was an issue and quite expensive even at the discounted rate from the hotel.

It was perfect for my 10 day stay, felt comfortable and right at home

liked the location, easy access/walking to center, Prater, U-Bahn, Tram right across the street. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Loved having the kitchenette. Grocery store close by. Hotel is right by the Danube Canal

Not good wasnt much choice , only had very minimal amount , got told I had to pay extra for my wife aswell because I was told I only booked a single and not double room, which when booking I could not amend the room , but didn’t think it was a problem has I booked for a double , no one said we had to pay extra when we went in breakfast on the first morning, but charged when we checked out
