Central location, outdated, overpriced.
The location is very good. You can walk easily to the main attractions in town. The public transportation is very near. Breakfast is overpriced but good selection and good service.
The rooms are definitely overpriced for what you get. Beds are good, but the sofa, chair and cushions in our deluxe room looked depressing and outdated. Cheep fabrics. Very last century. The Nespresso coffee machine was broken, however, was fixed quickly after we reported it. The wellness area is underwhelming, far from luxury. There are three rather small saunas with as many showers. What is advertised as a swimming pool or jacuzzi is rather a big bath and there are only three recliners. At the time when we were there (after 7pm), there was no drinking water left in a water container and a sink full of used glasses. Did not see any staff.

Nice hotel but not 5 stars. Rooms are a bit dated and need some general maintenance - loud aircon, broken heated towel r
Nice staff, clean facilities, wellness area was good.

One if the best hotels in Vienna, incredible facilities and a luxurious relaxing stay.
The hotel was exceptional, i couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Vienna. From being greeted by the lobby staff each day, to relaxing in the lobby listening to the pianist, it was without a doubt one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Within the stay was breakfast each day, which was faultless with extensive tasty options and champagne which is always a bonus. The room was incredible, with lots of room to move around, heated bathroom floor and speakers, free mini bar, also, i liked the fact that the TV's were screen mirroring meaning i could watch programmes off my phone and that's just some of what the room includes. The spa and fitness facilities were exceptional too, also i found them to be quiet meaning i had the spa to myself on occasions. The hotel itself is around 10 mins in a Uber, to the centre hot spots. I found Uber much better then the general taxis though, as it appeared the taxis outside the hotel do try to rip you off! Lastly, the hotel was very disabled friendly. I took the trip with my dad who uses a mobility scooter, and he got around without any issues as the floors were all flat, with a ramp up to the restaurant. If you are hesitating booking this hotel, don't. You wont regret it. The staff are all so very helpful and the hotel itself if impeccable.
The only negative i can say, is at times the baristas in the lobby area could be slow at serving and issuing bills. However when prompting they were courteous.

Beautiful, elegant place, quiet at night
Gorgeous and large room, beautiful lobby with live piano music at night and great breakfast!
It wasn’t exactly in a great location for walking around…we had to taxi mostly.

That was disappointing considering its value
Spa and swimming pool
Especially the cigar lounge located at lobby causing smell in whole ground floor
