Distance from closest town. Lack of variety of foods. Cafe and restaurant all closed between 3-6. nowhere between this time to get food.

kids pool was excellent
Restuarant could have had a better menu- no fish on it , I thought it was very unhealthy !

Nice camping village with good facilities (swimming pool and market) and plenty of mobile homes.
Free parking and night animation for all family.
Check-in process was the worst I've seen in my life. We took ONE HOUR to check-in. It was a big confusion with dozens of people waiting to be attended with only 2 or 3 desks available in a total of 18 desks.
Lack of direction signs nearby.
Food in the restaurant wasn't good (first time I had bad pasta and pizza in Italy).

nice location in nature, near Gardaland park, with nice facilities for fun and family and good animation program
the cleanliness of the mobile house was not good. the dishes were not cleaned properly (obviously the previous guests did not want to pay for the cleaning and cleaned themselves without any detergent). the floors and table were dirty. the bathroom still had soap from previous guests. As we had to pay 60€ for extra cleaning (when arriving with pets you have to pay 60€ for the cleaning )I have expected to at least get a properly cleaned house on our arrival. it was not the case. the house smells of mold and moisture. plus it is not levelled properly so each time someone walks you get earthquake feelings.

Everything was so nice. We (a couple with 2 medium size dogs) felt really welcome. The Bali cottage high was amazing and very clean. Everything was near and just a 2 min walk. Enough space to walk the dogs outside the park and they even swum in the garda lake. For us there was enough to do, the swimmingpools were very nice with the slides and the staff were amazing and even made some italian friends along the way! Garda and all the big attractions like Movieland, Sea life ect is just a 30 min ride by car and there is enough to do for people who love to ride their bikes.
This is surely a place we will return!
None. We were pleasent suprised.

Kind staff, very clean, spacious. Loved it.
Beds! Very hard mattresses, we slept very bad.

The choice of pools were great for the children.
The entertainment at night were great.
Good value for money holiday overall.
The staff on the golf buggys didnt care how fast they was going. My 3 year old son nearly got run over.
Payed €35 for clean bedding and for beds to be changed as my 2 year old was unwell but it wasnt the case the clean bedding was chucked on the porch.
If you stay longer than 7 days you get clean bedding and they are meant to change but of course this was not the case it was again chucked on the porch.

Fab park for families with young children, especially the pool area.
Handy having restaurant and supermarket onsite.
Not all facilities were open but assume it's due to low season.

The place is so clean and wide, have lots of places and activities for kids, great location on the river. Must do a tour on bikes to Garda lake
5.0 / 10.0
Water park itself and the forest surroundings are nice.
Sometimes the train passes by and is full, stops in front of you and your kids then drives off. Prepare for disappointment - and it doesn't pass by as often as you would like.
The bar at reception is closed most of the time. The breakfast is not great (at all) - probably place caters better for those renting self catering cabins.
At night if you are in the hotel behind the reception you will be stuck with a long walk to the centre should you need anything. Supermarket cleverly closes around lunch time (didn't bother me) but buy before if you want to prepare your own stuff.
Otherwise super nice place to spend quality time with family PLUS just a 20 minute drive to Gardaland and Movie Parks.

Paradise-like location ideal for a break. Had numerous fun activities to keep kids continuously engaged. Also access to essential services is guaranteed ( e.g. shops, bar, restaurant) .
Can't complain at all. Guest and staff well behaved
