Séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter le pays basque. La piscine et la plage. Le calme. Le parc verdoyant. Le confort de l’appartement. La disponibilité et l’amabilité de l’accueil.le parking.

Pas grand chose S’il fallait juste dire quelque chose peut-être mettre un ou deux transats sur la terrasse.

Bon emplacement Personnel sympathique

L'hygiène laisse clairement a désirer A notre arrivée notre fille de 1 an et demi a trouvé un mégot de cigarette sur la terrasse, c'est inacceptable pour une résidence qui se dit 4 étoiles. Les draps étaient troués. Une toile d'araignée au dessus de notre lit. Le canapé tâche La table a manger sale Les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées du tout

Jolie résidence avec un grand parc , à 300m de la plage . Appartement super . Grand, très propre, tout équipé. Laverie Personnel très sympathique Domaine dog friendly.

plus points: lovely staff, good location.

bad points: well, where do I begin? you have to make up your own beds by collecting the linen, then they have nothing in the rooms. no coffee, tea, milk, shampoo, body wash….. one of the mattresses smelled of urine, the shower head didn’t work on the holder, there was mould in the grout, there were just two flimsy pillows per bed, you sleep on a plastic cover, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, and the decor is a time machine to the 1990s. get yourself an Airbnb instead. definitely not 4 stars.

No sheet had been put on the sofa bed. The exposition of the room was north facing and a cokerell woke us up every morning at 5am

Very Nice

Stayed there for 3 nights with my family and we really enjoyed our time there. The grounds are lush with greens and trees, perfect for taking short walks. The rooms are functional and clean with lots of storage space. The beach is just 500m down the road. Be sure to stop at Le Bistro du Mata, the food is superb and the view amazing! Some live music also on some evenings. A trip downtown is less than 10mins by car and there is plenty to see and do.

A residence hotel ideal for family with children. Location near a beautiful beach.

Stayed during pandemic situation with curfew at 18h00 was not easy for everybody, however the hotel applied and respected very good the sanitary protocol all over the area. We can imagine it must be a nice place for family with children to spend a summer holiday there. Big swimming pool, playing ground and 10 minutes walk only to one of the St-Jean-de-Luz's beaches. Old city centre is also only 10 mins drive from the hotel.

A small table in bedroom could be useful. Water boiler stunk a bit, it looks like the guest(s) before us has used it to boil instant noodles or something spicy.

Very good

Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to St. Jean de Luz. Pet friendly. Ground floor apartment with direct access to large lawned area with shading. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bike lockup in the underground garage, safe cycle path to town. Ping pong table - great for kids. Fabulous location.

There was no duvet for the sofa bed, only sheets and blanket. Duvet would have been good. There was a leak of water on the floor when we arrived which we had to clear up on arrival, which was a little disconcerting, but this did not reappear during the few days we were there. Underground carpark spaces bit tight, but there is parking.
