The size of the beds in the rooms, breakfast was good. staff nice

The floor in the bathroom was very dirty. the grout in the tiles looked filthy. Around the sink had ring marks. There was black mould in the silicone around the bath.

It was nice but could have been the best if the TV was working properly

I like the staff and the breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that the internet was messed up and I couldn't the TV and this got me and my wife upset so we used our phones to watch movies during our stay.

A great hotel in a good location that was ideal for our family weekend

Great location especially with the Elizabeth line and the cable cars round the corner! The pool was a great bonus with good changing facilities and towels. The hours for the families were long and convenient but of course double check. Staff were very helpful and professional.

It was all fine. The breakfast price was quite high but a great selection available. However you aren’t restricted to only the hotel, there were lots of other options in easy access for other breakfast cafes/shops so really not an issue.

Great location, comfortable hotel, a little pricey, but reflective of star rating and location.

The location was excellent for visiting the Excel (on foot) and the O2 (via cable car). We had a great view of the water from our room. The room was very comfortable and stylish, and all the amenities within worked as expected. The selection at breakfast was good, and dietary requirements were catered for.

There were ants around the juice station at breakfast which was unexpected. We have raised this with the hotel and they have confirmed this will be investigated.

I’ll go back here without any hesitation while it’s as good as this

All staff without exception friendly and committed to making the hotel experience FABULOUS. When you meet Gustavo the Manager you can tell that his style is infectious (rare in hotels)

A perfect night and the Crowne Plaza was central to that

We were seeing Nick Cave and the Badseeds at the O2 and the combination of staying at the Crowne Plaza and the IFSCloud Cable Car meant we had a 2 minute walk to the cable car, a delightful 10 minute ride over the docks and the Thames and a 5 minute walk to the 02. There were no queues, no tickets- just tap in, tap out- and complete avoidance of the hassle, stress and waiting for trains, buses, tubes, etc. We had a perfect night. The room was large, very well equipped and quiet, with a good view. Breakfast was exceptional, even the scrambled eggs were perfect and the herb sausages and roasted tomatoes were delicious. The staff, from reception to bar to restaurant could not be more helpful

Pleasant stay

Clean and comfortable

We were told we had interconnecting rooms but didn't. They were next door to each other though so it was OK but if we'd had younger children it could have been a problem. The hotel gave us some drinks vouchers and a bottle of prosecco as we were celebrating a birthday but these were not put in the room until after we had gone out for the evening so we were unable to use the drinks vouchers as we didn't get them until bedtime! Would have been lovely if they had been there when we'd first checked in and gone to our rooms.

An excellent hotel, well situated for Excel, a courteous welcome and great facilities.

Location is excellent for Excel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was self service and was very delicious.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening and were kept waiting over an hour between starter and main course.

Really relaxing, highly recommend.

Location was excellent, particularly cable car going into o2 for shopping. Spa facilities lovely, a very warm and cosy environment. Dinner was very good. Best of all was ALL the staff. In particular Vivienne on the desk went that extra mile and head of desk was wonderful too. 10/10 for a lovely stay. Highly recommend. I will be back soon.

Amazing!!

I chose the hotel for the MCM comic convention. Location wise is great: convention is just a 5 minutes walk from the venue, and the venue itself is connected to the Elizabeth tube line. Getting to central London takes around 20 minutes. Also, there is a Tesco and a ATM machine just outside the hotel (which during a convention is lifesaving). In regards to the hotel itself I honestly had a wonderful stay: the staff is so warm and welcoming, always up to help and give information. My room had an amazing view on the docks, an the bed was so comfortable! No issues at all, definitely coming back!!

We will stay again next year.

Staff were great, in particular Viven was really helpful. We were going to Comic Con and the staff were enthusiastic and kind to my Cosplaying daughter. Very friendly and helpful, it makes a difference.

A fridge in the room would be nice.

Great family mini break...lovely hotel/location/food & staff

We travelled as a family to see the sights of London but wanted to stay somewhere with a pool & out of the hustle and bustle. This was a perfect choice for us as the location was great (the docklands/surrounding areas are beautiful lit up at night). I think the pool/reception/breakfast area have recently been renovated and it is all been done to a high standard. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the freshly made pancakes went down very well with the children. The staff were very friendly which made our stay even better. Easy parking behind the hotel & good transport links close by. We will definitely choose this hotel when we visit London again.

The rooms/bathrooms are probably due a refresh but still lovely clean rooms.

Family trip to London

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty with large selection. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, it was warm, and the children loved playing in the pool after a day of sightseeing. The location was great for us too. The cable car was a stones throw away and the hotel was close to the DLR and Elizabeth line.

A very enjoyable stay in a fabulous hotel with very friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Staff on reception are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them and all staff are friendly and approachable. We had some issues with our room, which were resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. The breakfast area is well presented and there is an excellent selection of food available. Excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent location.

Un sejour bruyant

rien, l’hôtel est à côté de l’aéroport Londres City, les avions passent au dessus de l’hôtel toute la journée faisant un bruit incroyable.

Le personnel n’est pas aimable. Pas un bonjour, pas un merci ni un au revoir. je pense notamment à Chloé mais elle n’est pas la seule. l’hôtel est tres bruyant. un nouveau bâtiment est entrain de sortir du sol quasiment collé à l’hôtel est en travaux. l’hôtel lui même est en travaux… marteau piqueur et autre font que nous avons demandé à être relogé dans une autre chambre, on nous fait attendre 30 minutes avec ma femme enceinte de 7 mois et notre petite fille de 3 ans. c’est lamentable, inexcusable. on aurait pu nous proposer de nous asseoir et d’offrir un verre d’eau à ma femme. j’ai trouvé le comportement pas très humain. Quand nous avons enfin pu changer de chambre on nous à livrer un lit de camp pour ma fille. ce n’est pas ce que nous avions réservé. on nous a expliqué nous avoir upgradé seulement la chambre etait bien plus petite, nous étions légèrement plus au calme mais c’est sans compter le bruit ahurissant des avions qui passent. bref, jamais plus jamais cet hotel. je vous déconseille fortement d’y aller.

Un très bon séjour

Assez proche des transports, cet hôtel apporte une bonne polyvalence. Il bénéficie de la presence de nombreux commerces autour ce qui est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le choix assez varié.

La piscine était fermée pour travaux ce qui est dommage mais ne pénalise pas le séjour pour autant. Quelques bruits de travaux la journée mais rien de vraiment bien gênant.

It’s was ok but not worth the money paid

Staff helpful and friendly.

There were building works being completed outside our room. The noise of this wasn’t pleasant. The fire alarm when off at 7am. The swimming pool was closed. I would have booked a different hotel if I’d have known about the pool and being next to a building site.
