The location is excellent - near Victoria stations. Room is rather small for two persons ! Bathroom is refurbished and OK

We had a lovely weekend visiting for the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was just right for a very short stay but I would

The property was very clean and had the right facilities for our short stay over the weekend.

We had to go up three steep flights of stairs and there were no lift. Bed was just a regular double bed. Bathroom was small with no windows and felt very hot after using the shower. The weather was quite warm as well which increased the temperature in such a small space. Our bedroom window also did not stay open but was unsafe anyway because of the very high drop outside of the window.

Al primo posto metterei la posizione, 10 minuti a piedi da Victoria Station da dove partono e arrivano i treni per Gatwick, 20 minuti a piedi da Buckingham Palace, quartiere tranquillo sia di giorno che di sera. Per quanto riguarda la nostra stanza, era una club, nulla da dire, spaziosa, con tutto ciò che serve, prodotti per il bagno, phon, asciugamani che tra l altro sono stati cambiati ogni giorno, bollitore con te e caffè, biscottini e 4 bottiglie d acqua ( cose che venivano puntualmente rimpiazzate se finite) il tutto assolutamente gratuito. Armadio piccolo ma sufficiente con annessa cassaforte. Noi avevamo la colazione compresa ma in realtà abbiamo bevuto solo caffè e brioches perché non siamo abituati a mangiare molto la mattina, ma a me è sembrato ci fosse tutto quel che serve. In ultimo ma non per ordine di importanza vorrei fare un plauso allo staff, in particolare a Irina, la ragazza della reception che tra l altro parla italiano ed è molto simpatica e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Londra sceglierei ancora questo hotel.

Desayuno escaso Colchones en mal estado, demasiado hundidos. Se echó en falta algo más de ayuda del personal de recepción para entendernos mejor. Habitación cuádruple grande pero en el semisótano, un poco zulo

La chambre dans le basement, pas d’ascenseur et un couloir tres étroit pour y accéder. Mîtes dans la chambre et le couloir… Discussions fortes et vacarme des femmes de ménage dans le couloir à 8h du matin…

Good stay in central location

Great location near Victoria, close to everything. Comfortable bed and room. Staff were friendly.

The first room I was allocated was quite noisy but I asked for a quitter one and the room at the back of the hotel was great.

Very clean, central in Belgravia, very friendly staff at the reception. Nice breakfast.

It was a bit difficult to keep the right temperature in the room as the a/c-heater was old

La ubicación del hotel la hace ideal para visitar Londres a pie. La habitación era cómoda y el baño estaba bien. El desayuno es básico, pero suficiente para iniciar el día. Es un hotel que cumple los requisitos necesarios para lo que se necesita como la ubicación, la comodidad y limpieza del baño y la habitación. Los precios podrían ser un poco más ajustados, pero es lo que tiene el centro de Londres.

Es importante señalar que no tiene ascensor, pero el personal del hotel ayuda con el equipaje. Lo demás, no es mayor inconveniente subir 1, 2 o 3 pisos andando para cualquier persona sin grandes problemas de movilidad. Nosotros llevamos utilizando este hotel en los últimos 5 años.

Location. Large room

Our room was in the basement with a smell of humidity. Breakfast pack given, since there were some works.being done in the breakfast room and we were not informed beforehand. Just a note in our room upon arrival. No towel rail or counter in the bathroom

The Recpition lady was very kind good welcoming.

I am staying in this hotel is like a hostel room is very, very small also toilet need to improvement. Not recommended for couples or families

Good location, friendly staff, but humid room and breakfast hall being reconstructed.

Great hotel location, quiet neighbourhood close to Victoria station. The staff was helpful.

There was a reconstruction of hotel's dining hall and we were given a simple breakfast to go instead. I think the hotel should have not offered breakfast at all under these circumstances or should have arranged breakfast in the café next to the hotel. Furthermore our room was in the basement and was really moist.

Great location. Very clean and the room had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the construction was happening in the dining area and breakfast was not great but the staff did the best they could. Most of the staff was really nice but the receptionist the last day was in a bad mood.

This hotel is ideal for transport links..

The shower was amazing. The room was fine , kettle, an array of drinks and some biscuits were in the room. The beds were very soft as were the pillows.

There was a lot of noise from other guests.. the price i feel is somewhat high for what you do get.

Good location, very clean and comfortable bed.

On top floor so LOTS of stairs. Breakfast was good with lots of choice but breakfast room not big enough to cater for all guests and we had to wait to be able to sit down.

excellent location, close to the tube but in a nice and quieter area of London. Hotel is clean and tidy throughout and the staff are incredibly friendly. room is small but perfectly sized for a break away and well presented.

No regrets with choosing this hotel as it met and exceeded expectations.

It’s location was perfect, allowing for easy access to some of the nearby stations. It was private and very well managed and made for a pleasant stay. The staff likewise were respectable and accommodating for the travelers needs.

The room itself was a bit cramped but considering the amount of rooms in the hotel it worked just fine.

room size was not even practical for two people..the smallest toilet i have ever seen in my life..if u r a big guy u wont even fit inside..i am talking about room 103 which i tried and not sure about the rest also, the breakfast was very limited and doesn’t include even the basic..not worth it at all

Good!

Amazin staff! Price what I've paid for hotel is very good, hotel itself in good location for that money, near train and bus station/stop, walking distance to Buckingham palace. Breakfast is good.

Room size is a little crammed for 3 people. Not enough space in breakfast area. Most disappointed was way to our room: needed to go downstairs witch not only very steep but also very narrow and need to watch your head because you need to duck in to get to stairs, so it was very challenged for my 6'2" husband and especially with luggage. Also this hotel in very expensive area so don't have "cheap" eat places and need to do reservation for dinner everywhere.
