Adresse idéale pour visiter lyon

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lyon. Quartier animé mais cela ne gêne pas car c'est bien insonorisé. Personnel très aimable

we like this hotel (8th time!) but it must improve some of its rooms (air conditioning, renovation)

location!!!

room 120 needs renovation!! bath tub is not SAFE! (too high)

Exceptional

The location of fabulous and the young lady on reception was exceptional. She helped us with all the places to visit as well as even assisting me with a water container to allow me to fix Mike bike puncture I would highly recommend the hotel

It is near the river and viewspots, near some good pubs and restaurants, big room, clean, free coffee 0-24, kind staff, little closed silent garden.

For it was too minimal design, and hard to park with car nearby and if you can, it will be minimum 2-300m far. But this was a pre known issue, so it is not their fault.

Good accommodation and location

The staff were good. Spoke English, helped with finding restaurants and shops. we left our luggage there after we checked out. Accommodation in a central location with all facilities you need in the appartment.

Television had only one English Channel.

Top location, but loud and in a bad shape

Location is top! Might get a bid loud at night, since there are a lot of restaurants and bars surrounding it.

Cleanliness, old, damaged, and outdated bath room. Lot's of minor damages around the room

ultimately satisfied but lost an entire evening moving all our clothes and groceries to a new location

the location is great for walking and easy access. staff was responsive when I complained about the noisy location and that I had explicitly requested a high up location. we hit second floor over a restaurant, also, there was a bachelorette party underneath us. I often feel that Bookings customers get the worst location no matter what we pay and ask for. I see a pattern that I am always disappointed with the room I have been given when I book through Bookings. not sure if the hotel staff resents Bookings customers or gives higher priority to others. given the fact of the location AND party, I demanded a better floor and got it. so, the good part was staff responded but only after talking to the manager.

very sparse furnishings. no decor at all. very institutional and dark. we got all the things they said we would get re microwave, fridge, plates and utensils, separated bedroom but no warmth. bathroom shower makes a mess in the floor but they give you plenty of towels.

Perfect accommodation to stay to see all that Lyon has to offer.

Loved everything about this accommodation. The accommodation was in a perfect location. The staff were very helpful.

Would have liked to have tea and coffee in the room without having to go downstairs. Very minor!!!!

Perfect location, easy access to public transportation

Excellent location and easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff. Clean room. Free coffee available at lobby.

Heating system was available for bed room, but a little cold at sofa bed in dining room

Great location, supportive personnel, comfortable bed and pillow, juice machine in the breakfast

not recommend despite the great location

fantastic location

They communicate poorly and don’t manage expectations. for example, on check in they tell you that the breakfast is from 7am, but they don’t tell you that on weekends it’s from 8am. Or they assume everyone knows that an apart hotel doesn’t not provide room cleaning services.

Great location especially during Fete des lumières (most of main sightseeing and installations are in walking distance). Room is very spacious and bed is really big

Prices are doubled in December, but it is the same for all the accommodations in area
