Estadia aconchegante, tranquila

Adoramos o hotel… bonito e elegante. Quarto ótimo, limpo, confortável… Chuveiro bom Café da manhã maravilhoso, o melhor de todas as férias!!!

Só não gostei do cheiro dos lençóis, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada!!!

Ottima sistemazione ad Arezzo

Struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e dintorni. Parcheggio privato gratuito (prezioso e raro in città). Camera spaziosa molto pulita e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e molto varia sia per il dolce che per il salato. Ristorante interno di ottima livello. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo sia per l'hotel che per il ristorante.

Per lavoro ad Arezzo

Oltre alla camera, che già conoscevo, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal livello della cucina del ristorante.

Great location to explore the old town

Comfortable room, spacious. Bathroom equally so. Breakfast buffet with many options. Hotel restaurant was moderately priced and had delicious food - highly recommend if you just want to relax in the hotel. The location was great for me. It was in the town, you felt like you were among locals instead of simply among tourists. Bakery, grocery store, and gelato nearby. Old town entrance is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel, allowing you to explore without having to worry about driving or parking in the old city. Hotel parking is plentiful and free.

Two things to note: The soundproofing is not great. I could hear my neighbors TV through the wall, and patrons talking in the hallway. The fitness center is small, you need a reservation, and does not have much in there. The 3 cardio machines need some attention to get them moving smoothly. The free weights only go up to about 30 lbs. There were no wet wipes or any way to clean any of the equipment.

Freundlicher Empfang - gute Kommunikation! Tolles Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und prima. Für jeden was dabei. Parkplätze sind genug da. Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar.

Im Bad und auf dem Zimmer sind nur Plastikbecher. Die Seife, Duschmittel und Shampoo auch alle einzeln verpackt.

Good option for the price. Probably too far away from the old part of the city for most people

Excellent breakfast, parking on site. Nice bathroom in our room. Friendly staff.

Air conditioning was too weak. Mattresses were too soft.

quick overnight in Arezzo in a quiet four star hotel

Staff caring of customers and professional. I was offered a free upgrade for the room. Very large double room, with plenty of space to set up suitcases and other stuff. Rich breakfast, with quality food. The performance/cost ratio is the highest in Arezzo.

Nice clean hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly english speaking staff. Beautiful bathroom with deep tub

Our ac didn't work. We were gone most of the day and it was somewhat cook so wasn't too bad. A bit of a walk to city center but not too bad. I would stay again

Lovely hotel Minerva

A lovely elegant building with a spacious lobby. The staff were all very helpful. The room was large and tidy with plenty of wardrobe space. The bed was quite comfortable. A 30 minute walk to the historical city centre. The breakfast room was well organised and the breakfast itself was fabulous with lots of choices for all tastes.

The bathroom was a bit on the small size with not much space for our toiletries.

Great stay overall.

Comfortable and very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The hotel is not right in the center of Arezzo, but just a quick 20 min stroll from it. Very convenient.

The hotel is very modern. It offers a big parking lot right behind the hotel. Breakfast was nice although it could do with a greater selection of bread. The hotel is situated ideally for exploring Arezzo.

Decent stay

The staff at Hotel Minerva always seemed preoccupied, and not very helpful. One reception desk staffer even told me to come back later when I asked to settle my account - bec a big group was getting on their buses. I guess too much going on for him. To be honest, they all looked overworked and understaffed in general. Who could blame them for a poor attitude?

In the big restaurant downstairs the staff were pretentious and officious, particularly glaring to this solo woman traveler. I don't know who runs it, but the good food deserves a better atmosphere.
