Uniquement l’emplacement via Roma

Transformer un seul étage d’un immeuble pour en faire un hôtel est singulier sans être choquant mais la chambre est petite sombre sale et la literie à l’opposé du Top.

Superb

Located really close to impressive historical center of Arezzo. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Pretty good breakfast selection (for Italy).

Street outside can get noisy. Central location means parking a car around is problematic.

Of you aren't keen on lifts (elevators) them be prepared for many stairs!

A charming period piece in the heart of Arezzo

A charming old world hotel with an authentic time honoured atmosphere. location was very good for train travellers and the historic features of Arezzo were in easy walking distance. The staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was an excellent Italian buffet.

The locks and keys all functioned, but we found then a little stiff and awkward to use.

really great place especially for a family everyone was happy.

Great room - very large and airy, with a separate area of twin beds for children. Liked the view over the rooftops and the super large bathroom. Breakfast v good too.

Bar wasn't really stocked up which was a bit of a shame!

The staff were v kind and especially so when we left some prints behind which they kindly posted to us.

Some more information on the consierge car service would have been helpful, as would some more details about how to find the hotel and the slighty odd entrance.

Disappointing

Calling a set of upstairs rooms a Boutique hotel doesn't make it one. In need of refurbishment. Lift to fourth floor was limited to two people at a time. Valet car park service did not exist.

Nice overnighter in Arezzo old style hotel

Beautiful rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. Location excellent for old town Arezzo. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Room could have been a bit cleaner under beds and on top of wardrobes a little dusty. Lighting could be better

Great place to stay to explore Arezzo

Lovely room with good facilities including kettle and tea bags, etc.. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Hotel is in a very convenient location on the edge of the historic part of town, well worth a visit.

A cute boutique hotel with 8 rooms

Room Was the size of a normal hotel room in Europe. Enough room to put down the suitcases and walk around, we used the terrace balcony ( pretty small) to have our lunch (Conrad’s around the corner). Train station so close!

Superb

The room was spacious, nice and quipped with a lot of products (even toothbrush and razor was provided). The staff was realy nice, they learned a few words in Hungarian to greet us. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant, and they provided breakfast options.

The elevator was a bit small, and you got to go up to the 4th floor

Small and short. 1 day and we are out!

Not much. It's downtown of a crowded city and VERY hard to find.

That it was downtown in a crowded city and the bed hardly fits in the room its so small.

not easily accessed but very quaint and clean.

very quaint and intimate B&B feel. very clean.

may not be a problem for some people but the hotel is on the top floor (4th) inside an old office building. The elevator is teeny and very old. If you enter hotel after 9pm you have to unlock first floor to office building, climb 4 flights of stairs or take the tiny old elevator, then unlock the hotel lobby door. everything is pitch black until motion detector kicks on.
