Appart positif

l'accueil sympathique de la personne à mon arrivée sui partait etcqui à regardé si elle avait eu la réservation, en fait elle est restée pour nous valider la carte de chambre.

l'espace de l'appt et son lieu proche des restaurants et du centre ville, le parking seul dommage que le tarf ne soit pas inclus dans la chambre.

Fresh breakfast, good selection and good quality. Short walk to centre of la rochelle. Excellent parking. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good bath towels. Kitchen very clean and had all we needed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Thank you

Perfect budget accommodation for exploring La Rochelle.

Everything was as expected for a budget hotel and it was a good location to walk to the centre.

A lift would have been a bonus but we already knew there wasn’t one .

Very good week in La Rochelle

Simplicity, location good for city centre and transport, kitchen useful, Bed comfortable, nice and clean.

Steep stairs between rooms, unexpected and took some getting used to, not suitable for elderly nor for young children. Kitchen had no sharp knife, only large sauce pans and no lids. Dark in kitchen area, lighting was behind one. Lack of privacy on the balcony, screens inadequate. Shower base leaking, although not badly.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Super friendly reception team. Close enough to centre (10-15 min walk). All good!!

A/C would have been nice but not a major problem. It was during the heat wave. That's it.

Very comfortable bed. Also a quiet room..

We did not have breakfast but it was available. Just 15 minute walk to the town centre. Helicopter for the hospital has been mentioned but we only heard it once.. There was plenty of parking on site.

There is no lift. OK for us but maybe not if you are on the top floor.

...the enormity of the roadworks surrounding the apartments!!!!!

Disappointed, especially with the adjoining noise from the construction site.

We liked the size of the room and the kitchenette facilities; the room was clean,the water was hot.

We didn't like the building work which was in progress nearby, very noisey and intrusive; although as a gesture parking was free for the duration of our stay. The room could be updated with aircon as we endured 41.7degsC on one day and aircon would have been excellent.We were on the second floor and there wasn't a lift installed,,,we're a reasonably able 79years old. Should have asked for a room change to ground floor and away from the noise.
