Room was lovely with high ceilings and a nice outlook, great motel style
Had to check in at another hotel up the road

Location, food
Needed a good clean and bigger towels
5.0
Location was lovely.
The heating took a while to work. The shower took a while to warm enough to have a shower - I felt I was wasting a lot of water. Otherwise, the room was fine. Thank you.

Close proximity to everything
Very old and dated

Close to everything in the wine region. Good food and the service was lovely.
Very limited for coeliac on the food menu, especially for breakfast. Staff did what they could but would be amazing to see more child friendly options.

Good-sized room. Comfortable bed. Nice to have the rear patio access to outdoors to see early-morning kangaroos and hot air balloons. Close (in the Hunter Valley sense) to a good range of places to visit.
Bathroom is very tired. Restaurant is short on vegetarian options.

No dishwashing soap

The location and the room was really big and very private
The spa bath had a tiled edge which made it harder to get into and it was slippery

Very bad for four stars the picture on the net of the view was a bluff no vinegars no good

I booked for my dad and his partner for my wedding. The place looked nice, if only any one knew how to answer the phone one of the 20 times we called..
The staff were pretty useless. We tried 20 times between us to call the property for various reasons. NO ANSWER ANY OF THE TIMES! I left messages, nobody returned my calls. My dad finally found a staff member wandering around at 1AM when he went there after my wedding to stay and FINALLY got his room key.

location was great, staff were friendly the check in and out was awesome super easy with the key on the app!
no bowls and spoons ect for breakfast in the room as we brought our own cereal but we later found out can ask for it from the restaurant but not a big stress, bed and pillows were a bit too soft for a 7 day stay in our late 20s our bodies seem to be getting old 😫 but again not something that would make us not come back it was a lovely place

Room was larger than expected & very comfortable.
Pool was close bye, as was the tavern.

Great location and outlook. Kangaroos bounding past patio in the late afternoon were a treat. Lovely bathroom facilities and soft but very comfortable large beds. Private patio facing grassy knoll. Short drive to vineyards, restaurants and shopping.
No lock on bathroom door, no mirrors in bedrooms. Air con was fairly useless. Customer service at on-site bar and restaurant poor.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Well done. Thank you
We had to change rooms because the smell in the first room was unidentifiably awful. New room was fine. The rooms were comfortable. Everything needs a refresh. it all looks a bit tired. Those cheap Hisense TVs are woeful. and combined with poor WiFi...mmm

Location was excellent, the bar and facilities around the bar were very good. Food quality and costs were good.
The property was very dated and needs a refresh and some modern furniture and the ability to do minor food preparation. There were no cutlery of bowls etc. It did not have facilities for accommodating 3 people to have any refreshments or do light breakfast. There were some evidence of insects in the premises and cleanliness was OK but not at the level that we expected.

The location and facilities are great
The price of food and drink, just too expensive

Staff were efficient when we inadvertently left a suit bag in cupboard. They informed us fairly quickly that it was found.
Bed was very soft as well as pillows so uncomfortable.
Awful water hammer in shower which led to reduced water flow made having a shower a chore. No teatowel to wipe coffee mugs.
9.0
The bed was so so comfortable
The sliding shower doors were stiff and difficult to slide.
The continental breakfast was poor, when you pay the full $15 you don't expect them to run out of fruit or yoghurt and the bread for toast should be wrapped in single slices as well as 2 slices as I only eat 1 slice of bread/toast. When sitting out on the lower terrace we could smell cigarette smoke as people were just outside reception smoking. Too close for comfort for us non smokers. My cousins ironing board in room 402 wouldn't stand up.
8.0
Bar, restaurant, location
Rooms were a little dated
10.0
Friendly staff, very clean rooms and a Super comfy bed.
3.0
Location is central, right next to pub was great for an easy good quality dinner. No noise from pub so didn’t need to use the supplied ear plugs
Very dated rooms, furniture scratched and tardy. I did request a fireplace and told by booking.com that I would be allocated my request on arrival though no fireplace to be seen. I actually doubt there were any rooms with fireplaces as not a chimney in sight. Outlook was a brick wall not some grape vines as per picture in listing.
