Our room was right on the beach
It's a big hotel and could get a little bit crowded in the eating area at times and a little slow to replenish the food specially eggs and bacon

great size. clean. breakfast was mid. very little sockets
property was nice bedrooms could do with upgrade. 3sockets 1 mirror for family room. land view mid.

Awesome location - better than I expected!
It looked a bit like a hospital ward though it was freshly renovated and clean.
3.5
The bar across the road and the balcony
The way we where treated by the reception staff when we arrived. Smokers everywhere right outside the doors and the smoke coming in the rooms. cleaners insisting on cleaning room when we told them not to disturb us.
Out dated bath room with poor shower.
3.5
The hotel was comfortable, clean and the beach was nice. Good selection of food for breakfast but they should change it a little everyday same food. The last day we went out for breakfast as it was bit boring
3.5
Breakfast was good, though a lack of fresh fruit aside from apples & oranges. A lot of items are tinned.
Staff are friendly & helpful & the hotel is v clean, though could do with a refresh esp the bathrooms.
There is no soundproofing.
Marble floors, thin walls & proximity to reception meant constant noise until after midnight & this was the start of the season.

We had a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. Room was clean and nice beds! WiFi was also good. Bus stop to cos town right in front of the hotel (or a 30 min walk).
Only minor thing was that you had to pay sth around 3 euros for a sunbed at the beach. However the ones at the swimming pool (which is very close to the beach) are free.

Good price/value ratio, nice pools and on the beach side
Noisy, hallways are echo halls and guest banging doors will definately wake you up. Breakfast average

Quite location, lovely pools and easy access to beach. Most staff were very helpful and were service oriented, just one rude and arrogant barman.
It’s tired and does need modernising but that’s why it’s value for money I suppose. The shower bath is DANGEROUS, the positioning of the shower head across the width of the bath pushes you towards the curved edge and I slipped badly injuring my leg when I slipped and fell over. No slip mats as standard in rooms needs to be addressed, if it was a more elderly person they would break a leg or arm. The massive bruising required icing and rest for x2 of my x6 day stay. The front desk staff were super helpful though!
4.5
The service & staff was very helpful. Also additional support for bookings have been taken into consideration and were supported (Taxi for ferry)

We were in Room 73. Booked last minute. Couldn't of wished for a better room
How busy around the pool was and people putting towels out on beds around 8am and not using them for hours.
Lucky room 73 was right on beach and didn't mind paying 3.70 euro a day for a bed

location was excellent , close to city centre

Breakfast was plentiful but very busy so it was difficult to get to things and move around the buffet. The terrace was nice but the chairs were uncomfortable.
The bed was comfortable and it was a nice location on the beach. Personally, as a lone traveller, I would have a preferred a room on the first or second floor.
The room and the entire hotel is very dated. The room was dark and had no nice touches. Bathroom was also out of date. The Air Con was extremely noisy. To pay 100 Euros for this substandard room was not good enough.

The reception crew was exceptional. They knew how to communicate with people and very helpful towards all of our questions. Especially blonde lady with tidy hair & blonde lady with bangs.
So many things. They give you a card for meals and ask if you’re “all exclusive” or not which no one tells you there is an option for that, and when you’re not exclusive you use a card they give you and restaurant staff put ticks for every meal you have. One time that we didn’t even eat anything my friend went to have a glass of water. A waiter literally hunted her behind asking if she had the card all excited, saying he needs to tick immediately. You know if someone does it in Istanbul in a nice hotel like yours, client would get a big apology. Your workers don’t know how to communicate with people. Try to remember you’re in front of a person who is paying you for a service & don’t forget it’s literally a glass of water. Also main restaurant staff was very rude as well. They don’t care to respond even if you ask them something several times. Just disappointing.

The property was beautiful, very picturesque. We stayed in a bungalow that faced the beach, the views were amazing, such a nice way to start the day. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming, really nice experience especially with Maria and Evie. Would absolutely recommend.
We were only half board so didn’t have a wristband so security would question us every time we entered. Maybe a suggestion would be that half board guests would get a different colour wristband so there would be no confusion when coming in and out.

Buffet food is always cold and the same. Cocktails were not very good as just made with syrup. Room was average.

Way to many people at the pool
3.5
facilities, location and staff
it’s a huge property but still very crowed.. too much for me but nice for families.
our apartment wasn’t renovated.. big though

The location is good. The pools are nice. The staff is helpful and kind.
The bathroom needs an immediate. renovation. After taking a bath, the bathroom floor was covered with water.

Very clean. Great staff very helpfull. Nice food a lot of fresh salads.
One needs to pay €15 for sunbed on the beach ! I thought that is very unfair. If beach belongs to the hotel why to pay for sunbeds on yhe beach ??? Especially when all inclusive ?

I liked the food: it was tasty and Greek style. I enjoyed the room with a sea view, one could see the sunshine from the balcony. The staff was pretty helpful whenever needed. The pool area was not too crowded, although people still put their towels on the sunbeds and leave them there with hours....but the hotel staff did their best to supply enough sunbeds. I loved the fact that it is right in front of the beach, it gave a summer feeling for the entire stay.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't give us a takeaway breakfast as our flight was early and we left the hotel at 6 a.m. Indeed they argued it was because pandemic conditions, but I could have really appreciated some fruit and a sandwich.
4.5
The beach is right there and there are 2 pools. All inclusive meant breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks during the day which included hot dogs, pizza and ice cream.
The food gets a bit repetitive and the key didnt work so we got given an actual key to open the room and the electronic card for electricity. The beach is not sandy it is rocky
