Worst experience in a 4 stars hotel !

Rien n’était bien.

Une énorme arnaque, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles ! Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant deux nuits, et je tiens à dire que c’est loin, très loin des 4 étoiles qu’il prétend afficher sur son site. C’est une véritable arnaque, au mieux cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus de 2 étoiles. L’établissement est vieux, vétuste, et semble n’avoir pas été rénové depuis des décennies. Les couloirs sont sombres, à peine éclairés, avec une moquette qui a clairement plus de 20 ans. Quant aux chambres, elles sont d’une banalité affligeante, sans aucune décoration, d’un basique des plus basiques. Pour couronner le tout, il n’y avait même pas de chaussons, ni de gobelets pour les brosses à dents. Mais le pire de tout, c’est que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons payé 320 € par nuit pour un séjour où il était impossible de dormir confortablement à cause de la chaleur insupportable. Nous avons signalé ce problème à trois reprises au personnel, qui s’est montré totalement indifférent et n’a rien fait pour résoudre la situation. À ce prix-là, nous exigeons au minimum une climatisation qui fonctionne, ce qui est la moindre des choses dans un hôtel prétendument 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est sans saveurs ! Des produits industriels des plus bas de gamme …. Nous n’avions même pas pris le petit déjeuner le deuxième jour tellement nous étions dégoûtés. Les photos sur le site sont extrêmement trompeuses et ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité de cet hôtel. Nous avons immédiatement contacté Booking pour leur faire part de notre mécontentement. Pour ceux qui envisagent de réserver ici, passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 60 € la nuit, et c’est déjà généreux. Cet avis reflète l’expérience décrite et met en avant les principaux points de mécontentement.

Worst aircon ever!

Aircon - terrible Breakfast - mediocre at best

Aircon was governed. Room was 29 degrees!!!! Worst in-room experience ever. Couldn’t even open windows to let a breeze in, due to masses of mosquitoes around the outside lighting near the window.

Perfect stop for a short stay at Lago di Garda

Good and diverse breakfast options, a very big room and friendly staff. Spacious parking. A bit of a walk to the city center, but this is not a problem as there are lovely walkways that pass the lake all throughout.

Cannot wait to return

Excellent variety of foods .Service was excellent. Staff and management were extremely kind and helpful. Nothing was impossible. Facilities were Brilliant when the weather was poor .The bedrooms were spacious and the welcoming pack was lovely.

They advatice pools, but they are not clean and not in use. Rooms too hot. They told they cant use aircondition before 15.5. Big part missing - low season but price much too high.

Great hotel

Great choice to stay. The pool is incredible. Very big, the yard around the pool is also very big and quiet. Nice poolbar. The room is beautiful, clean, bathroom also. Great shower. We had a very big terras with a beautiful view. Good airconditioning. Breakfast was great. You can chose from a menu if you would like egg's or French toast etc. included in the price.

30 minutes walk to the center is sometimes a bit far.

Nice enough hotel and staff, not sure I would chose this again if I wanted a Spa hotel.

On main road but we knew this when booking. Pool area and bar was good and not many using it which was a bonus. There seemed to be additional charges for nearly everything in the spa area. Most spa hotels include at least sauna and steam room within the room price.. Gym was free but basic. It suited us as we only wanted the running machine.Restaurant was closed while we were there so cannot comment but there are plenty of good restaurants near the lake if you don’t mind a walk. We were only on a stop gap for two nights so it suited our needs with continental breakfast included. Staff very friendly.

Spa facilities without additional charges. No kettle in room but this is just our preference. There was room service with a small charge if we wanted anything.

Relaxing and rejuvenating.

The staff made me feel very looked after! The bedroom was lovely and so was the pool, the spa facilities are also great! you can lock up your bike as well which is super useful.

The breakfast was great but that could’ve been more options.

such a dirty pool i have never seen in my life. I really had fear of getting an illness. The breakfast was not as good as it seems to be. for this prize it was to less of variation and the tastes weren‘t really good.

Nice hotel, but a good distance from the town centre!

Clean spacious rooms, nicely lit. Breakfast was very good, it was clear that the chef had taken the time to make the majority of items. Desk and waiting staff were equally as good!

Spa use was an additional €10pp, which was lovely but the jacuzzi wasn’t working which wasn’t mentioned when paying. His hotel is a 2.5km walk from the train station, so isn’t so convenient if you don’t have a vehicle.

Very comfortable rooms

It was my own fault that I needed a hotel in a tourist destination on a public holiday. The Ziba spa hotel was a reasonable price for the facilities it offers (spa, restaurant), but unfortunately I didn't need these facilities so for me it was overpriced. But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was easily the best I slept in over the 2 week holiday.

The breakfast "buffet" looked good but then I was told that because of Corona there was no self-service. This was a pity because for me it's an enjoyable part of my hotel stays

- in Garda lake region, and close to Peschiera del Garda village - I was in transit, so only stayed 1 night - had pool and wellness area, but I did not use it - as hotel restaurant was closed, I had dinner in restaurant across the street, which was excellent

- Location is squeezed between local street and highway, so not attractive for longer stay
