Nice hotel. Professional and friendly staff.
The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Sirmione.
Free parking.
Very thin walls. You can hear very well when the neighbors pee in their WC, it seems that they have sneaked into your room to pee :D

Absolutely one of my favorite hotel experiences on this trip! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and so comfortable, and the proximity to Sirmione was fantastic.
Nothing I can think of. :)

Location.
Breakfast, service. Furniture in the room. To small shower cabin although the bathroom was large. Stains of water on the ceiling. Small TV in an unfavourable position.

Firstly we were warmly welcomed by the owner. We were early but nothing was a problem. She looked after our cases, welcomed us to use the hotel facilities and also advised us on where to go. she spent time with us and that was appreciated. Location was excellent. I would not have liked being further into Sirmione town as it was too busy. We were also within walking distance of the wonderful Alleria restaurant. Our room and bathroom were beautiful. Spacious and spotless. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake and it was fabulous sitting watching the sun go down.
There was nothing I didn't like. We left very early (before breakfast) but there was someone there to get us a coffee and pastry. I felt the staff went out of their way to may us feel welcome and well cared for. I would highly recommend.

Very nice and clean.

Breakfast was great, but get there early as they don’t replenish once items are finished. Location fantastic. Clean with nice large room and bathroom. Loved the ducks at breakfast.
I found that the service was quite basic. Seemed nobody ate at this Hotel accept for breakfast. Staff were not physically seen, so you always had to go into the main reception to get anything. Guests sort of had to find it or do it yourself. But that’s ok. I found that the rooms could have a bit more attention to detail. Like some where to put your toiletries in the bathroom. And extra shelf or cupboard could easily fit to place your stuff. Hairdryer is terrible.
Overall I got the impression they didn’t really care for guests. Guest were just a means to an end. It’s a hotel that does not make much of an impression. But it’s clean and everything worked.

Hotel located very close to the beautiful historic old town. Has a private beach and sun loungers for its guests.
Our room was very clean and modern - staff very professional.
Breakfast was very nice - especially served in outside siting area.
Highly recommended.
Unfortunately due to low water levels swimming in the muddy lake by the hotel was not a great pleasure. On other hand main beach was superb.

Staff very welcoming, room comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a superb view of the lake from our room, and watched some spectacular thunderstorms and lightning! Aircon worked well.
Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff member did her best to try and keep a topped up supply of items. it was nice to breakfast outside when the weather allowed.
We were very well looked after by Paula on reception.
Nothing major. A fridge in the bedroom would have been useful. The room was for 3 people, but only 2 chairs supplied on the balcony.
The safe was at a low level inside the wardrobe….rather awkward to operate.
Perhaps it would have been nice to have a bit more choice of breakfast items, having said that, it was plentiful.
Unfortunately our planned swim in the lake did not happen, very low water levels and the appearance of algae on the shoreline did not make it look very appealing, evidently no fault of the hotel!

It’s a small and friendly hotel, the staff were welcoming, happy and really efficient, the rooms and all areas were super clean and refreshed daily, the bathroom and bedroom were simple but fitted to a high standard, beds were really comfortable, shower was fabulous. Own lakeside garden with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the castle gateway.
Having read some not so positive reviews the hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas, we had a really lovely stay and have nothing negative to report.

Nice Hotel, good location to walk inside walled Sirmione. Breakfast ok. Lovely garden area with beds and beautiful views over Lake. Superior room with lovely view from bed.
Sirmione is overly expensive with the hotels pricier than they warrant.

The hotel is nicely situated right by the lake water front and is just a quick stroll away from the old city walls. The town can be quite busy but the surrounding area of the hotel is nice and quiet.
The rooms are clean and large with AC but are rather simplewith few power sockets.
Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and close to the lake water with a private, hotel "beach" with a pier to reach the shallow and warm water.
I am used to softer beds, but it was comfortable and up to standard with hotel beds around northern Italy and southern France.

The hotel was what is referred to as a 'boutique' hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, tho may be small. The fixtures in the bath are all new. And the price was fantastic compared to other hotels that may have a more 'Italian' flavor. Breakfast was filling and similar to most other hotels and those working the kitchen were most friendly and accommodating. Sitting was outside (summer). There's a place where you can relax and sunbathe with a small deck where you can get into the lake - similar to much more expensive hotels. Helga at the front desk speaks fluent English and was a tremendous help with ideas of things to do and places to see along with arranging a cab back to the train station.
Not much to not like. it is tricky to find if you come in from the train station on the bus. Getting the right bus is also a bit of a challenge - best to spend a little more and take a taxi.

Room was bare bones, location good - able to walk to old Sirmione, breakfast was fine.
Fairly pricey for the type of hotel. Beware - no elevator! A lot of flies in the main area.
