Enjoyed our stay, lovely room, comfy bed, good facilities.

Well appointed modern hotel with excellent pool and spa. Great Breakfast.

Whilst Breakfast was great the rest of the food offer was sparse. Twice asked for a Club sandwich but told not available at that time and was offered a cheese and ham toasted sandwich as an alternative. Could do a better job here.

Good location, breakfast was good

Small pool, limited food choices, no restaurant and far too expensive for what it is. Junior Suite - which was just like a small room - was EUR 450, far too much for what you get in my mind

Very good

The location was perfect, close to the old town while also having the benefit of privacy. The pool and spa facilities again great! The service was amazing, very friendly and accomodating.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful hotel, with fantastic facilities. The breakfast was great. Staff were extremely attentive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

They charge you €25 per person for the Sun beds on the platform area.

The people are lovely but the room description is misleading. There is not a hot water jacuzzi. The massage jacuzzi and

clean facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice view of lake from their beach.

My room description stated “inner courtyard view” and manager says this means view facing away from lake, view of parking lot. There is no inner courtyard.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The suite room with lake view was amazing and it got well cleaned every day, the common areas were so good I could have easily spent every single day just hanging around there. Not to mention the spa, which was included in the price with many saunas, pools and other amenities. The Finnish sauna is approved by these two Finns, by the way ;) The breakfast was amazing and did I already mention the views?? The customer service was super warm and kind from each and everyone, we truly felt 100% welcome and appreciated here. Oh and the spa smell in the lobby was so good, I truly felt like I was in heaven throughout the whole time 🥹 Do yourselves a favor and stay here when in Lake Garda!

Not worth the money

The hotel defines itself as a Spa hotel but all the Spa facilities were awful including Sauna and Jacuzzi. We paid for a 60 min massage which Was one of the worst ones I have ever received. Definitely not worth the money 😏

horrible value for money

A hotel provided transfer to a ferry station

Booked this hotel to stay somewhere before going to Limone - otherwise the road was too long. it was a great mistake. 1) The “view of the internal yard” means a parking and a road view. 2) A/C wasn’t working. It was too hot in a room even with an open window. and there was a noice of course 3) The mattress is awful. Woke up at 6am to leave this place ASAP. Horrible value for €400.

Awesome Ocelle Honeymoon.

Everything, it's location for ease of walking into the local town. The Staff were outstanding, so polite,friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Spa was lovely, the massage/beauty therapists were knowledgeable, attentive and really pleasant ladies. Everything about this hotel was excellent.
