Great renovated central Hotel

Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

L'acceuil

Le personnel est gentil mais un peu long à réagir ; il y a aussi le fait qu'ils font semblant de ne pas comprendre le français. la première nuit la clim ne fonctionnait pas et il a fallu changer de chambre ceux qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette classe avec des tarifs très élevés, même s'ils ont fait le nécessaire pour le changement de chambre ; mais que fait l'équipe de maintenance. Il fait très chaud et humide au Vanuatu et la climatisation est absolument nécessaire.

Great City location.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but this is a well maintained hotel with friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. Centrally located it is the go to place in downtown Port Vila.

The staff were amazing. Greg at the front office when we arrived at 1am was simply wonderful and made the start to our holiday perfect. It then continued this was until we left and so I booked again before we left to return. Central, stunning views, clean tidy and nothing was an issue for any of the staff. Highly recommend.

resort has suffered due to COVID and experienced staff left - willl be a while before new staff trained and amenities on

the staff where friendly and tried to sort out issues

very run down - rooms were not as booked - bed linen marked/stained -issues with meals 2.5 hour wait in dining room for evening meal no spa/ well ness enter as advertised - panoramic roof bar closed until further notice. communal areas - furniture stained - casino on ground floor - smoking penetrates to all communal areas and lower level floor bedrooms.

Well maintained and clean hotel with good food and great water views in the centre of Port Vila.

Well maintained and clean. Friendly staff and great food. Good location on the water near the centre of Port Vila. Great views. Air conditioning. Short walk to the ferry to Iririki.

Be aware there is a mark-up of 3% for payments by credit card.

Very disappointed. Great view. Some staff really unapproachable.

View and pool. Nice cocktails and clean room. Even tho very out of date

Smell of smoke. We tried to get pool towels three times from reception but there was never any available so we just used the room towels which were stained and thread bare. Breakfast service was bad due to chipped or dirty cups/plates also the quality of the breakfast. ie stale pastries,toaster not working properly,cheap juices and service not great. Tables were never set with cutlery/cups. Most of the guys on the front door were not friendly at all. Some wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Definitely not grand as the name suggests.

I offered 200vt to Craig staff member for tips and explaining that I am new so I don’t know how much it is. he told me it was around 2 cents so I ended up give him a$5. but of cause now I know how much is 200vt. lol

Horrible organisation and needs work on customer service

Hotel is clean and tidy. View is nice and feels safe.

We had the most insanely difficult time checking in. The couldn't find our booking because apparently they 'dont accept bookings from booking.com on Saturday and Sundays. The biggest problem is that we had our booking accepted and had the confirmarion etc. Luckily for us and another couple who were in the same situation we managed to get the last two rooms in the hotel. It took over an hour for both couples to check in and it still seemed difficult. Unfortunately they had no remedy and nothing set in place. I think it is insane in this day and age a company that relies on bookings cannot and does not accept bookings on the weekend.

Great Location - Great Staff - Great Food!!

The hotel did their best in granting my request for rooms on the 5th Floor for myself, husband, son and daughter. what a great surprise to have a lovely vase of flowers waiting for us in our room, and they managed to give us the same room as we had on our previous visit. Great Customer Service. The hotel staff, irrespective in which area they work, were friendly, attentive and always willing to assist. We will definitely be returning.
