It was excellent. Had a layover in Vanuatu and would definitely return for a longer holiday in the future. The staff were amazing and very helpful with local information and what to do in my limited time in country. The pool and restaurant were great. Would recommend.

It's always delightful to use Kaiviti Motel. I highly recommended. The Apartment is great, but hot in the afternoon with west sun. Other than that, everything is good. Thank you everyone.

We stayed here for 8 nights and found it to be very clean with friendly and helpful staff, It is only 5 minutes walk to town with some rooms overlooking the harbour, so you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The breakfast is basic but satisfying. The pool is huge and a perfect temperature. The rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. We had an aircon room which made things a bit more comfortable at night. Most people staying there seemed to be business people which meant a lack of kids which made our stay enjoyable and pleasurable

I had booked a cheaper room with a fan and it was quite acceptable. As I'd seen nicer rooms on my way in I upgraded to a room with air-con.
I was only there for 1 night but it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Nice and relaxing business stay

Fairly basic accommodation option in Vila. It has everything you need but no bells and whistles. Not idea for a business visit as there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the pool area and reception which close at 10pm so if you have to work late you will be hanging outside with the mosquitos on the benches.

Executive Suite is a bit better than the standard room but not by much, still fairly basic. Internet is available but only with a cable so make sure you have an adapter if your laptop is not compatible. It is nice that the hotel provides all of the cooking utensils needed to cook meals from the market and grocery.

Only stayed one night as we arrived late from Brisbane and we didn't want to drive in the dark on roads we don't know on the other side of the road. The accommodation suited our purpose well as the room was clean and the price good.

Arrived early and were able to leave luggage whilst room prepared. Stayed 2 nights at start of holiday so we saw town and hired car- chose of 4 hire companies close-by. Atm machine at nearby supermarkets. Great views from the balcony. Felt secure with security man at entrance. Lovely breakfast next to pool. Spent last night at motel before flight home. Breakfast brought to our room. Large unit for 4 - comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Excellent value.

The location was nice for our family since it is near the Leader Price and Au Bon Marché supermarkets and is an easy walk to a few restaurants. The minibusses come by consistently so getting a ride down into town isn't a problem if you don't feel like walking. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and gave our baby lots of attention and space when requested. The rooms are so-so (a bit outdated and basic), but there aren't many other options if you want a 2-bedroom with a kitchen so they'll do. The pool is nice and the internet (wired) is fast considering it's Vanuatu. WiFi is available but we didn't try (pay) for it. Can't comment on the restaurant but it looks to be pretty basic.

Facilities: Tired, Old, Not self contained; Value: Not value for money; Service: Unhelpful, Rude; Cleanliness: Excellent cleaning staff;
No washing machine and dryer as per description. Pay $20 extra per night in other places and get fully modern self contained with free internet.

The management and staff made my stay very pleasurable. Although a bit tired, the rooms were very clean and the staff were just so helpful and caring. I could easily walk into town and the tour operators came to the hotel to pick me up and drop be off later. The reception staff were extremely helpful in helping me to select and organise tours. I just loved my week there and will definitely go back.

Travelling with a group of mixed ages we found our needs were well catered for by friendly helpful staff.

Great friendly staff. Nice pool area. Easy to get downtown Vila and 100 metres from Au Bon Marche supermarket. Only downside for me was that the fan struggled sometimes and I maybe should have got a room with a/c. But didn't overly bother me, just a little whirly at night...

Although the hotel is adjacent to a main road, it is quiet & there are pretty fair views of the bay in the distance. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice, from my balcony overlooking. The car park was convenient, and location ideal for pedestrian or vehicular access to the centre of town.Reception was helpful and the wife of the husband & wife owners, went to some length to seek the best deal, on the Internet for me to obtain Internet Service with TVL, despite them being somewhat cheaper than they were able to offer ~ which was a very decent action. The shower was brilliant in terms of jet power & temperature & the self use kitchen within the apartment was extremely practical

The manager was very helpful in various matters. The pool was small but nice. The location was good, about 10-15 minutes walk to the downtown area, and two supermarkets were only about 4 minutes walk away.

As young single travelers we were not made to feel welcomed. The hotel is being restored so makes the dated rooms vary in quality. I cannot lie - The staff were RUDE and saw us as a hindrance to their gossip sessions.

The hotel is a short walk from the town centre in a good location. The outside of the hotel is immaculate and the parking area, pool and restaurant, spotless.Inside the rooms are spacious and well equipped with kitchen, inc fridge, microwave and gas stove and plenty of space. The kitchen is old and basic. The toilet and shower room is a little small in the room we had and the shower cubicle is looking tired and less clean. One small niggle was the the hotel staff seem to start very early in the morning and spend a good hour talking and laughing and shouting across to each other outside the ground floor rooms. As it is tropical and the windows are open etc. it is very disturbing.
