Lovely Stay

Excellent location. 2, 3 mins walk to the Lotte Mall & Shinsaege. Our 2 bedrooms apartment is spacious & clean.

There is no floor towel provided. We used hair dryer to dry our feet after shower ! Lack of hook in rooms to hang clothes.

Excellent location but facilities need upgrading

(1) Its location - it is just opposite BEXCO and easy accessibility to highways in/out of Busan. Busan top shopping malls are just within walking distance - Shinsegae, Lotte, Home Depot. There are many cafe, bakery, eateries and restaurants around all corners. There are 2 convenience shops on its 1st floor lobby. Super convenient. (2) The rooms are relatively big (36m2) with comfortable beds, working amenities and strong air-conditioning (the centrally located blower serves the big room very well). (3) Free parking for hotel guest (4) The reception counter staff can speak good English and are warm.

(1) The hall way was pretty dim with worn out carpets. The rooms are distributed along the arms of a square with just 1 lift lobby. It was unfortunate that our rooms are located at the furthest arm to the lift, so we had to walk quite far. (2) Housekeeping was not too good - they did not wash up the cutlery that was put into the sink and did not top up new cutlery too. (3) The hotel was apparently used by more than 1 registered name. There are 2 counters at the lobby - Haeundae Centum Hotel and Haeundae Victoria Hotel. We noticed that the rooms have stickers of different hotel names on their doors. This makes us felt uncomfortable. (4) The shower design was bad. There is a big gap between the half panel shower screen and the bath tub, causing water to flow onto the whole toilet floor during shower. The water accumulated along the bath tub edges had no other places to drain off, only to the toilet floor. The toilet became very wet and inconvenient.

Posizione strategica e buon compromesso

Stanza molto grande, pulita e comoda, apprezzato che non ci fosse la moquette in stanza. Molto utile il convenience store (GS25) al primo piano per qualsiasi evenienza. Frigo molto capiente e bottigliette di acqua fornite ogni giorno.

Odore di fumo appena entrate, nonostante ci sia il divieto; fortunatamente dopo un giorno è andato via. Bagno con poca manutenzione. La vasca era vecchia e non era in buone condizioni. Il lavandino era praticamente intasato e l'acqua non andava giù.

房間非常的大，地點很方便有帶行李的話可以從centum city 5號出口或1號出口搭電梯上來，走路３分鐘就到了離新世界百貨＆樂天百貨非常非常近，逛街很方便附近還有一家很大的home plus超市飯店樓下有2家便利商店、1家咖啡廳斜對面就有olive young＆超級多咖啡廳＆便利商店大門口正對面的大樓2樓，有一家很有名的豬肉湯飯叫外送的話可以送上樓，放在房門口

房間內有廚房但是沒有鍋子哈哈哈哈哈買了泡麵沒辦法煮偶爾會聽到水管管線的聲音

Perfect for convention

location to bexco, clean rooms with very good beds and sheets, very soundproof quiet rooms. Excellent housekeeping, no matter what time you left always came back to a perfect bed and room.

Great hotel with a suite worth staying for families

The suite is definitely spacious for a family. The facilities are in good working conditions and the location is great with nearby food stalls for supper and early breakfast. The living space is a great for a meal with the family after a long day out.

A dryer could be perfect but not necessary. I could have missed out a socket plug in the kitchen but either way it is fine for us use the electric kettle in the living room. The pillows are a little too soft but not a deal breaker.

A typical City Hotel with a perfect location

Typical City Hotel. A bit oldish, but really OK. Good WiFi. Perfect location for BEXCO and City Center Mall. Even Haeundae Beach is easy reachable. Good connection to Metro. And they have a direct airport bus as well. Comfortable rooms. Super market and coffee shop directly in hotel. Very fast lifts.

There's no real lobby. Don't meet there with business guests. No breakfast, but really a few good places just a few steps away. No WiFi in the lobby.

Superb

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed any indication. The hotel is next to SpaLand, several malls and a Museum and there are also plenty of transportation options (subway and buses) around the corner so you can reach other parts of Busan easily.

An impressive hotel in a flash area of Busan

The hotel is pretty grand and fantastic - somehow wasn't expecting that when we made the booking. Right next to the metro station (make sure you use the GREEN line and get off at CENTUM STATION - do not use the blue line, as that Centum is different). The room was impressive and massive - it had a kitchenette and a "living room" to grab some dinner & watch TV. We are back home in New Zealand now, but we still reminisce about our stay in Busan and how cosy it was there. Would absolutely return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Best experience.

Of all the hotels that I've been in to, this is, so far, the best of them all. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. Internet is super fast. The staff ate very respectful and professionals.

No microwave oven in the room.

Pleasant

The location was great. Just beside the shopping malls and the subway station. The size of room was large and comfortable. Convenience stores are located just below the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The floor that I stayed on has renovation going on. My room looks dated and old. The door knob for the toilet was loose and I had to get them to service it. That was inconvenient. On the second day, water was dripping down the light fixture on top of the toilet bowl. But it stopped in the evening.

Overall the stay was okay. Just wish the hotel had made serious upgrades and modernized more.

Spaciousness of the room.

Outdated furnitures, carpet stains, old towels, thin duvets, dusty which triggered allergy, used up soap from prior guests that was already finishing and was not replaced during our stay.

The best stay during our trip to 3 cities in Korea.

Location..... It's near Shinsegae where the Spa land located and good shopping mall. Musuem.. Room layout is good with a table and sitting area for friend to socialise. The receptionist allowed us a bit early check-in, which we impressed. Will certainly come back to this hotel if I'm back to Busan.

Overall a good and pleasant stay in this hotel.

The suite is spacious and comes with huge sofa! love the kitchenette and the washing machine!

The suite is old fashion and stains can be found on the walls. Can see many crack lines on the ceiling.
