Good location
Old, not clean. Love hotel. We did not complete the stay. Not comfortable to stay. We check out the same day

Located in seomeyon in a vivid neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars.
The attitude of the Personalwesen very minimalistic. My room had very little toilet paper and I seems as if the room had not been cleaned for quite a while.
10.0 / 10.0
Big nice room, bathtub in the bathroom, smart TV with Netflix. The location is very close to transport, shops and supermarkets nearby. Small breakfast included in the price.
A bit noisy during the night. Little place to seat during breakfast.

modern and good location
the wall sockets didn’t properly work
5.0 / 10.0
The location was good and there are many eating places surrounding it.
1. They only provided small face towels that could hardly cover your privates.
2. The toilet door was faulty and the receptionist (also covering as the handyman) could not fix it. I ended up fixing the door on my own.

Location to Lotte mall and Seomyeon Metro
Non-service apartment. Basic, simple and small
10.0 / 10.0
Just an excellent staff, a calm communication and respect, providing free high quality 2 masks every day( 1 mask ~ $1,5). Super big size room indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Just some steps away from Lotte city mall, near to Seomyeon subway station.

location is good, spacious room, free water
We lost our room key (card) and the hotel wanted to charge us 30$ for issuing a new one!!! This is outrageous and there’s no way this is the cost of issuing a new key but a way to get more money from the guest! after talking to the manager he agreed to charge “only” 20$. I’ve never encountered this behavior, very disappointing.
Another thing was that for some reason the receptionist mislead us and told us the most touristic place (Semyoun Young St) is super dangerous and has gangsters. This made us feel unsafe when walking anywhere on the street until we found out this wasn’t true at all and it’s one of the best places to go to😡
Also, no cleaning services- we stayed for few nights and would expect someone to clean the room.

The staff is very polite, especially the woman of the front desk, she was very kind.
The hotel has a good location and the subway is quite closed on foot.
The bed was clean. We had 2 bottles of water, it’s kind.
Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn’t correctly cleaned…a lot of hair everywhere. Quite disgusting.
At night, there were a smell of cigarettes smoke in the bathroom and room… it’s from the air vent. When you wake up, you just want to open your window and we didn’t like it as a non-smoker couple.
There were a problem with 2 lights… if you don’t remove the entrance card, you can’t turn off these 2 lights. It’s probably an electric problem.

Centre of city , cozy
Its very tight no much space in room

The bed was very comfortable!

Big, nicely designed rooms and lobby. Location is close to the station. Good if you’re taking day trips or want to go out drinking.
They put me in the wrong room twice, the first one which really smelt like smoke. The jacuzzi function for the bath didn’t work and the bathroom fan was leaking. Rooms all in all are in need of maintenance for things like mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Beds are fairly hard, too. No English speaking staff which wasn’t really an issue for me but should be noted as they say they speak English.
