Nada que pueda destacar

El apartamento no estaba limpio, no se parece a las fotos, falta de insonorización, puedes seguir una conversación de la calle perfectamente. En nuestro caso cuando llegamos estaban pintando el apartamento de enfrente y olía a pintura todo el pasillo.

Tranquilidade da zona Cozinha equipada

Hóspedes do quarto a lado fizeram muito barulho durante a noite. Casa muito quente (tem ventoinha no quarto e na sala, mas não foi suficiente).

Disappointed.

Convenient location a few minutes walk from the old town. Building and apartment was clean. Housekeeping and maintenance team very helpful, professional and pleasant.

Very overpriced and disappointing. We were here for a conference and the price shot up by 9 times the usual daily rate during our 6 night stay and was not value for money. The apartment needs upgrading and is very dated and dingy with only very basic furnishings and supplies. We only had one tiny lamp for our 2 bedroom apartment. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or any basic little supplies like tea/coffee, which is not acceptable when charging €580 per night. The shower is dated and the shower doors do not function efficiently. The washing machine broke and leaked twice which fortunately we were resident at the time and able to contact maintenance otherwise the apartment would flood. The reception desk was non existent and rarely found in the office even though it’s supposed to be manned all day. We repeatedly asked for several days for another key because we only received one in the lock box at the front door when we arrived and we needed two keys for our family as we are on different work schedules and it took 4 days for another key to be given to us. We met many other guests who were at the same conference and they all complained about the over pricing and the low value for money and lack of basic amenities. Kitchen and bathroom need an overhaul, apartment requires completely repainted, and furnishings replaced.

En general muy bien y excelente ubicación

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, ya que estás a un paso del casco viejo y de la parada del tranvía por lo que puedes moverte sin problemas desde esa zona, además sin complicaciones para entrar desde la autopista. Muy bien comunicado. Muy a favor disponer del aparcamiento ya que por esa zona es casi imposible aparcar.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la distancia que hay que recorrer entre el parking y el apartamento. Nosotros que viajamos con un bebé, y por lo tanto, mucho bulto, comida, ropa, etc. Nos costó un poco subir y bajar todo lo que llevabamos para esas vacaciones. El mismo edificio dispone de diferentes bloques de escaleras y nos tocó el más lejano... si por suerte toca uno cercano, en ese aspecto, sin problema. Un detalle que no nos había pasado nunca en ningun hotel ni apartamento, es que vinieron a la puerta en dos ocasiones el día de la salida para ver si ya nos habíamos ido y poder limpiar, cuando aún era principio de la mañana y no teníamos porque salir todavía y estábamos transportando el equipaje al coche. Por lo demás, si repetiríamos, ya que la calidad-precio de los alojamientos es muy buena y el personal es muy educado y agradable.

Buen alojamiento. PÉSIMA atención ante problemas.

Las instalaciones, en general las considero buenas y son acordes a las fotografías. Apartamento cómodo, limpio y sin duda, muy buena ubicación para conocer Bilbao.

La caldera del apartamento no funcionaba correctamente (esto afecta a agua caliente y calefacción). Derivado de este problema cabe resaltar la pésima gestión realizada por parte del personal para su resolución. Inicialmente no atienden a las llamadas que realizamos al teléfono proporcionado. Por ello, les enviamos un mensaje por WhatsApp. Recibimos contestación a la mañana siguiente y nos envían un vídeo que ya estaba editado para identificar el problema y comprobar que el problema se debe a que no estamos recibiendo suministro de gas en la caldera (lo que nos hace pensar que se trata de un problema recurrente y que tiene tan fácil solución como girar una especie de llave con unos alicates…). Nos comunican vía WhatsApp que dan parte a mantenimiento para solucionar el problema a lo largo de la mañana. La sorpresa llega al volver al apartamento a las 21.00 horas de este segundo día y comprobar que seguimos teniendo el mismo problema… Al llamar, esta vez si atienden al teléfono y nos dicen que el servicio de mantenimiento ya no está funcionando y no va a ser posible solucionar el problema… necesitaron comprobar en 3 llamadas diferentes y surrealistas que efectivamente habíamos avisado del problema y que ellos eran conscientes y habían trasladado la necesidad de solucionarlo a sus encargados de mantenimiento… cabe puntualizar que este momento coincide con nuestra segunda y última noche en estos apartamentos y ya es la segunda vez que tenemos que asearnos calentando agua en calderos… Tras manifestar nuestro descontento, quedaron en volverme a llamar en “5 minutos” para informarme que iban a hacer finalmente (esa llamada no se produjo…).

Unterkunft für Städtetrip bestens geeignet; gut ausgestattet

Appartement sehr sonnig mit Blick über den Fluß; bestens eingerichtet / mit Aufzügen / Parkmöglichkeit in hauseigener Tiefgarage! Altstadt / Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu ereichen

Keine Klimaanlage; war nachts sehr warm, da man wegen Strassenverkehr die Fenster nur wenig öffnen konnte!

Volveríamos!

El alojamiento está genial situado, puedes ir al centro de Bilbao andando sin problema. El apartamento nos encantó y estaba mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Las camas eran muy muy cómodas! El aparcamiento en la zona es difícil pero el precio del parking está bien. Volveríamos a repetir!

El baño no tenía nada que ver con el apartamento, antiguo y con una ducha que no se podía ni cerrar el cristal. Es la única pega que le pondría al apartamento.

Nice apartment. Well lit and overall comfortable. Nice smart tv with streaming platforms less pleasant. Instructions from the host were clear, and communication was easy thought WhatsApp. It's close to the tram station which makes travelling to the city centre easy,

Floor was clean, but walls and some furniture showed some wear signs, as well as the sofa whose sews wore torn at some points. Defeats the purpose of using the nice tv. Although the tram is less then 5mins away within walking distance, if you have small kids might be more convenient a more central area. If you travel by car, parking out of hours might be tricky. Host should definitely try to make an agreement with underground parking nearby.

It was very clean and not far away from old city as promised.

It is rated as 3 stars but needs some renovation. May be we were in a wrong moment but the district you have to cross on the way to the city and the area around apartments seems to be not very safe. We saw used syringes around and some very suspicious people and situations. So the appartments are ok , not far from old town. But I was glad to move to other location.

Low value but available last minute

It was the only place available last minute. Location is not far from old town but the neighbourheod is not very nice and safe. The car park inside the building was helpful but he had to pay additional fee.

No real aircondition. Very loud and noisy from the street and the other guests as well -:( The Apartment itself as well as the whole building is run down and needs refurbishment.

my dad was bitten by bed bugs (we were a group of 4, in 2 separate rooms, each room came with 2x single beds). He was the only one affected, and that's really a bummer as everything else went really well
