Al met al wel oké

Comfortabele kamer. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Wenn das mit dem Raucherrestaurant ersichtlich gewesen wäre hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gewählt.

Lage, freundliches Personal

Restaurant ist ein absolutes Raucherrestaurant. Das war nicht ersichtlich in der Beschreibung. Frühstücken in diesem Rahmen ist nicht möglich. Das empfinde ich heutzutage als ein absolutes No Go. Ausserdem zieht dieser Rauch bis in die Zimmer hoch. In der zweiten Nacht war ausserdem bis in die frühen Morgenstunden ein lautes Fest im Restaurant (Parterre), was bis in den zweiten Stock hinauf störte.

Einfach perfekt, ich hatte alles in der Nähe was ich brauchte, und das Hotel einfach perfekt und das Personal sehr Lieb.

Es war schön sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jetzt weiss ich wo ich immer Hotel Reserviere wenn ich in Kanton Schaffhausen reisen muss.

Es war schön, kam einem aber so vor als wären wir in eine vergangen Jahrzeht.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, roch aber etwas nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch.

Bei der dazu gehörigen Bar wurde drinnen geraucht.

Nice backpackers hotel

Very nice for a backpackers place. Perfectly located for the Rhine Falls. Staff were very helpful and super nice. Would stay here again

The facilities are basic but clean.

No kitchen so only coffee n croissant for CHF14 not worth it. We had breakfast down the road which was good. The morning staff was good though

Price on booking was too high. While there was a board outside that the rate was CHF60. No lift so dragging our suitcases up the stairs was a nightmare. The hotel is for backpackers who travel light.

Wonderful staff,excellent location.

Staff is wonderful, kind and professional. Location is excellent .The whether was cold,but there wasn't heating on. Cleaningnes could be much better.

Have a heating on,cleaning the rooms daily,have a catle in the room for making tea and coffee.

My experience at Zak Neuhausen

The room was very comfortable and cosy. The staff was very welcoming and the check-in was easy. The location is very close to the Rhein fall which is only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The 2 beds combined made a sweet king size bed for me and my wife, and made our sleep really comfortable. The extra pillows were also a good touch.

Very disappointing!

comfortable bed, friendly staff

It’s located above a noisy, smokey bar, which we needed to walk through to access our room! The curtain didn’t cover window! We had to pay for parking! We had to check out by 9 am! The people at the next table were smoking at breakfast!

it’s a no go for families!..

absolutely nothing! Booking.com should not promote this backpackers place

it’s dirty, smells of smoke right from ‘reception’ which is in the middle of smokers bar! Room was full of dust everywhere 🙃 broken bins and my child had to hold his nose not to breath through the corridors that smelled really bad!

Pleasant

Location is perfect, close to public transportation and all the main attractions of the area. Better than being in the city center of Schaffhausen.

Walls are paper thin, the neighbours sound like they are almost in the same room. The breakfast is really basic, 1 plate with no options at all.
